There are various hiking trails and cycling routes, cycling through the trees and in the water. Bikes can be stored in a closed space.

Parking is available in front of the door for a fee (8.10 p.d.)

Authentic details have been preserved. The forest adjoins the house for a nice refreshing walk. Large cities are easily accessible and the beautiful hilly country is in the vicinity. You will find studio54 in the trendy Wijck-Ceramique area of Maastricht. My fully renovated studio is very well located within a 10-minute walking distance of the city center, Maastricht train station, MECC Conference center and UMC+ University Hospital. Studio54 has a pantry equipped with a fridge, freezer and microwave. There is no stove available.

We speak several languages : German, Dutch and English. Our apartment lies in a beautiful rural setting. With us, they can relax. Or they can spend their time with cyclists, hiking, or spades. The cycling and hiking area Brunsummerheide, Tevenerheide and shopping center Maastricht, Roermond are all very close.( approx. 20 min.)
