Monthly Rentals in Megansett

The Barefeet Retreat was just as described. A lovely home with plenty of space for our family! The primary bedroom with ensuite and lounge area is luxurious. All the bedrooms are a good size and comfortable. As we stayed in the winter, we made use of the gas fireplace every night. Ronda is a great host. She made everything so easy!

Great stay over the winter holidays with family and friends. Short walk to beach facing Buzzard’s bay and to Megansett harbor where locals and visitors opt for a polar bear plunge on Christmas and New Year’s. Kitchen is well-equipped - you’ll be cooking with gas. The dining room easily seated visitors on holidays with nice views to the area. 10-30’ drive to other points in Falmouth or adjacent parts of the Cape. We didn’t partake of the outside grill or seating per it being Nov/Dec but looks well equipped for summer stays. Would gladly stay again.

Carls place is clean, cozy, and has a homey feel. There is plenty of room to spread out, and it’s very convenient to Falmouth. Carl was a great host and very easy to communicate with.

We had an incredible week at Brittany’s house with our two young daughters. Perfect amount of space for us and a terrific home base for all of our Cape adventures. We enjoyed the easy 15 minute walk to Megansett Beach, the 5 minute walk to the playground, 3 minute walk to The Stand for coffees and smoothies, and speedy access to the Shining Sea bike path. Convenient, clean and comfortable! The perfect little home for our family and would return again in a heartbeat!
