In a house in the Zurich metropolitan area (6km near city center, 12 min with car, 25min with public transportation) we rent an apartment with private entrance. The apartment has a new kitchen, dining area, office table and bathroom. The bed (110 cm) and a sofa bed (120cm) allow a stay for two people. The garden with barbecue, deck chairs and dining table can be shared. A small TV and free W-Lan connection is also available in the apartment and in the price! Car park (1 car) available in front of the house. Laundry can be used (including dryer). Surcharge depending on stay time. The hosts give you tips or answer questions about public transport, etc. Documents about this can be found already on the table. We speak: German, French, Spanish and English! WE LOOK FORWARD TO EVERY VISIT!

The penthouse is located in Feldmeilen, directly on Lake Zurich with a terrace and panoramic lake view. Right across the street there is a small park with beautiful views over lake Zurich and the possibility to take a swim in summer. The penthouse is 20 mins from Zurich downtown by train. The train station is 5 minutes by foot. A restaurant and grocery stores are 3 minutes by foot. It is a quiet residential building and we ask you to be quiet from 10pm - 7am.

It has a comfortable kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer and a printer/scanner/copy machine. Our heating works with heat from the earth. We are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our solar roof.
