It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The original flora and fauna typical of the landscape can be admired in lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. The motorway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen Train Station is about 7 km away. From there you can reach Venlo directly via the Dutch border and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001 we have been happy to welcome our guests, who include everyone from the family with children to nature lovers to the assembly worker, who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. Our B&B is located on the edge of the forest, close to the historic city of Roermond, Outlet Center and National Park De Meinweg. Feel welcome in our lush garden with sunny terraces. The B&B consists of 2 parts: on the 1st floor of our house we have a bedroom with double bed, a sitting room with sofa bed, a guest bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet. In our garden, we have a spacious dining kitchen and an adjoining garden room with wood-burning stove.

There are numerous opportunities for hiking in the adjacent nature reserve. For cycling enthusiasts, there is the junction route that is located right next to the house. Designer Outlet Roermond is 20 km away. A visit to Thorn is also absolutely worth it and of course not to forget Maastricht, 40 km away.

Our lovingly restored apartments are located in a former barn of our organic farm. The approximately 300-year-old farm is located in the middle of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette Nature Park. In the immediate vicinity is Lake Borner and Lake Harik. We cultivate permanent pasture with a suckler cow herd, consisting of approx. 20 animals that spend the summer in the pastures. Our farm is home to our friendly dog named Costa.
