Small studio (18 m2), 2-star rating, brand new (homestay). Located in the back of my house, its private entrance is on the road side, through the garden, with a lockbox. Its terrace is independent, so we don't have to cross paths. There is just a connecting door to my living room (of course locked). It is located in a brand new subdivision (Le Petit Vigneau) in Niort, Cholette district.
