Melrose & Tweedbank railway station is a 10 min drive, Edinburgh is just under an hour away.

It has a superb kitchen with range cooker and large dining table, a huge lounge and two generous bedrooms (one is en-suite). Best of all is the stunning rural location with incredible views.
