Neben dem Wohnhaus (40m entf.)befindet sich das moderne Badehaus zur ausschließlichen Nutzung unserer Gäste. In unserem Haus wird viel gelesen, philosophiert, guter Wein getrunken und sich um das Wesentliche im Leben gekümmert, Reduktion pur! Abenteuer statt Luxus.

A place for a particularly sustainable stay and holiday, also popular with gamers/e-sportsmen: fibre optic internet 105mBit down/45mBit upstream, ping 10ms, LAN sockets in every room: you rent the upper floor in a house that is about 100 years old and has been completely renovated after being vacant for a long time. Arrive by train and use brought or the available bicycles (good transport connection also by car). CO₂ neutral pellet heating, electricity from Greenpeace Energy.

Half-timbered house

Our charming half-timbered house has two bedrooms, a small bathroom, a kitchen with sitting area and a living room. On the first floor there is a bedroom and the bathroom. Via the stairs in the hallway you reach the 2nd floor the living room with access to the kitchen. Another flight of stairs in the living room leads you to the open gallery as a second sleeping area. Please note that the cottage is not childproof due to the many stairs! Our basement has space for bicycles.

Forget your worries – in this spacious and quiet semi-detached house right on the outskirts of Melsungen. On the ground floor there is the spacious living and dining area with satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet. Upstairs there is a renovated bathroom as well as two bedrooms, each with two beds and a single room. Comprehensive Wi-Fi, washing machine and dryer are available. We offer our guests a newly built and fully furnished apartment in the quiet Kassel district of Kirchditmold. This is a lovingly converted attic with a separate entrance, which was recently completed and is equipped by Holzaura. Here our guests will find a living room with integrated kitchen, shower + sink & bedroom. The toilet with sink is located separately in the apartment. Internet access (Wi-Fi) & a TV are provided.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.
