Durch die getrennt liegenden Schlafzimmer und Bäder ist das Haus auch ideal für berufliche Aufenthalte geeignet. Es hat einen separaten Eingang und Stellplatz, so dass kein direkter Kontakt notwendig ist. Das Haus wurde 2020 mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert und ist nur wenige Gehminuten von einer Bäckerei und einem Restaurant entfernt.

Schwalbennest Ravensburg (Swallows Nest Ravensburg)

Our vacation home is located on the uppermost edge of the slope above the Schussental with views over the cityscape of Ravensburg and the vineyard. It is the “swallow's nest” – a small spot on the city map of Ravensburg that tells a special story.   We have preserved the former "laundry house" in which diapers were once washed for the children's home that was located there at the time, and have lovingly restored it to its former glory. The special flair of this cottage has been maintained.

Are you a group of 8 people (or more) and want to spend a great vacation in a fantastic location, right on the river and in the immediate vicinity of Legoland? With the 4-star vacation home "Brenzblick," we offer you an entire vacation home with a huge garden, terrace and conservatory, which we completely renovated in 2018 and prepared for you. You can barbecue in the garden, make campfires, set off in a paddle board, kayak or canoe from the garden or cool off in the river.

Loft Remise-Allgäu, 130 sqm, 2 bedrooms & sauna

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. Our holiday home is a spacious, light-flooded, detached architect's house with a large roof terrace and a purist garden on a hillside. The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps and the Zugspitze. Our house offers you a fully equipped open-space kitchen. For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with a PV system, battery storage and an air heat pump.

The large terrace and a private garden invite you to linger. In the village itself there are shops, restaurants and cafes. Innsbruck, Munich and Augsburg can be reached in about an hour. Unser Haus liegt idyllisch direkt am See mit einem traumhaften Blick in die Schweiz auf den Säntis und die Zeppelin Stadt "Friedrichshafen". Seit 8 Jahren sind wir erfolgreiche und glückliche Hosts, durften jede Menge tolle Menschen bei uns begrüßen, die auch gerne unser ganzes Haus gebucht hätten. Deshalb haben wir uns entschieden ab Ostern 22 unser ganzens Haus netten Gästen zur Verfügung zu stellen.
