The River House is one of the units at Winding River Cottages on the Menominee. In addition to The River House, there are two other cottages also on the property. The house is located directly on the Menominee River, and has a full kitchen, dining room, living room, and natural fireplace in an open concept space that is filled with natural light from a multitude of windows. This house is just steps from a public beach, 230-slip marina, parks, beaches, restaurants, bars and shopping. You can park your car and never have to drive, enjoying the scenery, shopping, swimming and dining. The TV has local channels only, no cable. Menominee is 50 miles north of the city of Green Bay on the bay of Green Bay. Door County is a 2-hour car ride and an hour boat ride across from Menominee. This is a cute 3-bedroom, 1.5 bath house in downtown Menominee on a quiet street.

Comfortable accommodations (most everything new as of December 2024) with a king bed, queen bed and twin bunk beds in 3 bedrooms. A separate office is also in the house. Part of the basement is finished, where the largest bedroom is located. Large backyard on an alleyway, perfect for kids to play and furry friends to explore. Fully equipped kitchen as the heart of the home.

A five minute walk to Donny's Glidden supper club and sandy beach access. Large indoor fireplace. Three bedrooms and a loft for dedicated work space. The property backs onto 1000 acre nature preserve with miles of trails to explore. We designed the space with all natural materials, and high-end amenities.
