Semi-detached, high-end, brand new, 55 m2 on 450 m2 of exclusive garden, bright, peaceful, charming, contemporary and refined decoration, 5-minute walk to the lake. Accessible for people with disabilities. Very nice view of the mountains and Menthon Castle. The place is very quiet, with a nice garden and a beautiful magnolia.
