House on 3 levels, with terrace, beautiful swimming pool 10x3 meters, very beautiful view, charm, contemporary and refined decoration. Balcony with views of Menthon Castle. Very quiet and pleasant place, beautiful garden with trees giving shade nooks. Kitchen overlooking the pool, making pleasant moments for aperitifs and meals. Garden furniture with outdoor sofas and umbrella. The house is air-conditioned. City center and lake 5 and 7 minutes walk.
