Comfortable accommodation completely renovated on the ground floor of a Bordeaux Art Deco style house with independent access and peaceful garden that we share with pleasure. Ideally located in a very quiet and well-served area (TRAM 300 m away: right in the center of Bordeaux, 10 minutes away). Located a few kilometers from Bourg-sur-Gironde, our studio, independent of our home, awaits you on the upper floor of our house. 30 m² space, facing the garden, completely new. Equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, range hood). Sofa bed. Sleeping area with a 160 cm wide bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet.
