Come and spend a quiet and pleasant time at the gates of the Médoc in the air-conditioned studio of "La Fontaine" located in the very quiet neighborhood of Feydieu. 25 min from Bordeaux by car, close to the Châteaux road (La Lagune, Saint Estephe...), 45 minutes' drive from the beaches of Lacanau, Hourtin, 5 minutes' walk from the forest. The studio is close to our house but we will be discreet during your stay. Pets not allowed! A parking space is reserved for you in the enclosed courtyard.

We provide a kettle with tea and coffee. The Arcachon basin and the ocean are 35 minutes away. Direct bus to Bordeaux 10 min walk (express line G) 5 minutes by car to the city center of Saint Médard with a large selection of restaurants, bars, shopping center. Direct access to the bike path.

The accommodation on one level is independent of the house and totally reserved for guests; refurbished, quietly located at the end of the garden of our house, without traffic noise or planes. The bay window overlooks a vegetable garden and you benefit from a small terrace with a separate view breeze. Reversible air conditioning was installed in the bedroom in July 2025. From January 2026 new queen size bedding (160x200) in the bedroom.

15 m2 fully renovated room located 10 minutes from the airport. Including a bedroom with a large double bed. You will have a coffee maker and tea kettle. A bathroom with toilet and sink. An outdoor area has been set up with a table. We live in front of the airport under an air corridor, so we treated the sound insulation of this room as best we could. Being next to the airport you will easily find a taxi or a private driver.

Quiet residential neighborhood close to the Afpa campus and a 10-minute drive to Bègles Plage.
