2 bedrooms each with a queen size memory foam mattress and a fold out couch in the living room. 3 smart TVs and high speed internet are included. Sunsets from the sun room, coffee on our private dock, daily dolphin sightings. The river view retreat is located directly above the garage (1 flight of stairs to enter). 15 miles to cruise ships & NASA/17 miles to cocoa beach. NO PARTIES! Additional guests allowed with prior approval. Hosts live on site. Free parking on site for 2 cars.

There is an amphitheater & we are a short 15 minute drive to wonderful Cocoa Beach & The Brevard Zoo. Disney and all the other local attractions are also minutes away with a 30 minute drive to the airport.
