The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

The spacious, elaborately renovated, bright three-room apartment is located on the 1st floor in a Gründerzeit - townhouse with stylish furniture, high stucco ceilings, massive oak floors, modern bathroom with walk-in shower, big beds, well equipped kitchen, as well as covered balcony overlooking our garden.
