Its particular situation on the edge of the Charente river gives it a particular attraction, numerous hikes, swimming, nautical activities... at 3 mn walking distance...

Cet authentique chai viticole situé au cœur du nord médoc, à 17km des plages offre un espace de vie atypique de 800m2 contenant notre habitation et un gîte de 215m2. Vous disposerez de trois chambres climatisées ayant chacune une salle d’eau et wc séparé, une immense pièce de vie avec cuisine équipée. Enfin, vous séparant de notre habitation, vous trouverez une salle de jeu avec un billard américain et… Un bowl de skate! Vélos et planches de surf peuvent également être mis à disposition.

The Moulin has a bedroom on the top floor with a 160 cm bed, a bathroom on the 1st floor and a kitchen equipped with an induction cooktop on the ground floor. Also enjoy outdoor furniture to spend a quiet moment in a green setting.
