Our apartment is located on the edge of a small idyllic village of 450 inhabitants (near the city of Balingen) with a corner shop, playground and outdoor swimming pool. On the garden level of a detached house, bright and friendly rooms, a covered terrace with garden area and a fantastic view over the whole valley await you. From your sunbathing area, you can relax and enjoy the view and the tranquility.

The bedroom is furnished with a high-quality, very comfortable box spring bed, a large wardrobe and its own TV. The living room invites you to relax with it's chaise lounge and beanbag. TV, Wi-Fi, Google Chromecast and DVDs are available. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee machine, blender, microwave and dishwasher. The daylight bathroom features a walk-in shower. The apartment is on the ground floor with its own entrance and a parking space directly in front of the door.

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

Please read IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT THE KITCHENETTE (under: other relevant information!) Our guest room is on the second floor of our country house at the end of a dead end road. After an excursion on the Swabian mountains, you can slow down and enjoy the panoramic view of the mountains from the balcony. Our guest room can be used by two adults and up to two smaller children (up to 12 years old). We can provide a folding bed and a crib free of charge upon request

Bike paths, hikes, bike park, mountain bike trails, cross-country skiing, etc. invite you to exercise and have fun outdoors. The train station is about 10-15 minutes' walking distance. Parking is available right in front of the house. Whether you are a vacationer or a business traveler, you are very welcome!

Central in the valley - holiday apartment HANS

Our holiday apartment "Hans" is located in the idyllic village of Hausen im Tal in the nature park "Obere Donau". If you want to walk or climb, if you want to swing on a bike or just want to enjoy time, this is the right place. The apartment is under the roof. There are two more apartments in the house, all of which are accessed through the common stairwell. The apartment has a bedroom with double bed, a living-dining room with kitchen, which is well equipped.

Our renovated apartment is lovingly furnished and covers approximately 65 square metres. It is on the 1st floor of our house, in a quiet residential area. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds (1x190/200; 1x140/200), living-dining area, kitchen (fully equipped), shower, toilet, balcony, satellite TV, music system, Wi-Fi, cot and high chair. Parking is nearby. PLEASE NOTE: If two guests occupy both bedrooms, we charge an additional surcharge of €12 per night.

Our 45 m² apartment Landluft on our farm Hermannslust, on the Swabian Alb is in an idyllic secluded location surrounded by forest and meadows and can accommodate up to 4 guests (possibly 1 additional child in a travel cot). Our apartment is the ideal place for rest and relaxation, but also for families and as a starting point for excursions. Dairy cows and their offspring, chickens, horses, cats, dogs, goats, sheep and rabbits live on our organic farm.

Look forward to a place of recovery and turn off. There are two e-bikes at your disposal to explore the surroundings in a relaxed way.

Dream apartment in a former farmhouse

Your holiday home on the Swabian Alb is located in a former farmhouse "Lerchenhof" that was completely renovated and converted in 2014. The apartment itself was lovingly furnished in mid-2016, is about 90 square meters, fully furnished and covers two floors. It is actually quietly located in the village of Erzingen, which belongs to Balingen, and with very good connections to the B27.
