It was a great vacation with a nice apartment. Everything was perfect. Very, very nice hosts. Our daughter didn't want to go home anymore. There was nothing missing from the apartment, on the contrary we were so amazed that the hosts really thought of everything. Clean and flawless. Very big praise. We will be back.

Great stay and easy to find. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Quick access to the airport and walking distance from restaurants.

Throughout my trip to Europe, I had not been touched by such a friendly person as Zoé, she was attentive all the time for our concerns and questions. I can say that I loved the apartment and if I returned to Venice I obviously did not hesitate and I would stay with Zoé.

the place is a great I wanted two separate bathrooms which is hard to find and a good location this hit the spot

The place was charming and we loved it! The walk with all our bags was not the easiest however we should have packed a little less or taken a water taxi to get to the place. Overall it was a wonderful experience and perfect for our group.

Great place to stay and visit venice!

Surrounded by greenery and in the beautiful two-story lagoon, well distributed, functional and clean! Parking in front of the entrance of the house. Modern house, recent, clean and well stocked with all the comforts for a vacation. Among the plus are the possibility of using the bicycles provided by the owner. Highly recommended

My family and I traveled around Italy and stayed for two nights in this nice place. The atmosphere of the big house was very cozy and calm. We woke up to the sound of birds. Free parking for our car was a few meters from the entrance. Marziano met us and showed us his house, instructed us in detail on how the appliances in the house work. By the evening it was a little chilly and Marziano, at our request he turned on the additional heating. The house has three bedrooms and three large bathrooms. Marziano tips for choosing a restaurant were very helpful. We visited one of the recommended fish restaurants. It was wonderful. It was convenient to get to all the interesting places of our trip by car. Thank you Marziano for your hospitality.

Excellent, definitely the best place I've ever had. The house is spectacular and the detail of leaving things for breakfast like juices, coffee and sweets makes it even more enjoyable. 10/20!

Very nice apartment with a large garden in a quiet location. The nearest town, beach can be reached in a 7-minute drive. Very friendly hostess and everything went smoothly.

Federico and his wife were both very kind and accommodating. Clean and nice small apartment with everything you need. Even ordered me a pizza because of the language barrier on site. All in all I was very satisfied, gladly again.

Mini apartment booked at the last minute, corresponding to photo and description. Marco is very kind and helpful, extremely quick to respond. A pleasant stay with the only advice to replace the net and mattress, too soft, but still comfortable.

I stayed at Cristina's for two days for work and I felt very good. The apartment was clean and comfortable, perfect for a short stay. A great modern apartment in a central location. The beach, restaurants and shops are all on your doorstep however the apartment is very quiet and has a lovely private terrace. Very clean and great amenities plus excellent air conditioning for an August visit. Identical to the pictures. The pool, sauna, steam room and gym are also very clean and make the Star Palace complex an excellent place to stay. A day trip to Venice is very convenient via a private bus pick up point which is 30 seconds from the apartment and then a boat trip from Jesolo, Piazza Faro. Cinzia was very responsive and helpful with the beach club booking advice etc. Lots to recommend.

The stay at Giovanni's was pleasant, in a good location off the beaten path, close to shops and a short walk to the historic part of Chioggia. Giovanni will include you with all practical information, whether about arrival, parking or things to do in the city. He was constantly available for our questions. The apartment is older, as our children said - as if we were on holidays with grandma :) The amenities are older (which we knew from the photos), for us we would appreciate a more comfortable mattress. Otherwise, everything was perfectly fine and we had a great stay.
