Floriana was very helpful and quick to respond with questions and recommendations. The house was great! We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub, playing ping pong and seeing the beach. It is also very convenient to the train station which made it nice for day trips on the train.

Antonio’s place is an like an oasis of peace and beauty from busy life! The view is literally to die for!! Antonio and his sister were always helpful giving recommendations and even helping us organise a boat to rent in off season! There is a beautiful beach 5 minutes walking down the hill, and besides that there is hardly anyone or anything - super peaceful and private! We loved watching the sunrise and spending time in the nearby village!

Francesco and his wife are just great people so kind and warm we loved everything about them and their place book with them for the very best place in Mondello beach

We (2P.) experienced very good days in this beautiful place in mid-September. The garden with its many trees and plants is paradise; we had grapes, oranges, cactus figs, lemons, rosemary, basil, oregano …. In the kitchen there is everything it needs. The nearby beach (2min.) is great and we took long walks on the beach every day. There were few other people. The water is refreshing and clean. We have recovered well in this tranquility and the sound of the sea is still wonderful to hear at night..... We enjoyed the evenings under the covered veranda. The path to the beach leads over a short small dune and then - 50 m to the north - there is a restaurant with fine food.

Roberta is very friendly, helpful and a very pleasant host. Everything was very straightforward. The apartment is cute, tidy, clean and well appointed. Beautiful terrace with ample seating. The location is nice and quiet, and you can walk to the beach in about 7 minutes. Would come back anytime!

Location or home and responsiveness of host does not get any better. In my opinion the home could use some kitchen and other general updates to make the stay more enjoyable. However I would book again for the current price without the updates.

Caterina's villa on the sea is what every vacationer dreams of when planning a trip to Sicily. A gorgeous gated home with all the amenities, in a spectacular location overlooking the tranquil blue Mediterranean sea. Every aspect of the home was perfect, from the spacious patio to the well-appointed kitchen. Caterina met us when we checked in and walked us through the home, explaining everything. She even had an amazing welcome spread of breads, fruits and wine waiting for us, which was so necessary after our long day of travel. The home's location in the Capo Gallo Nature Preserve is the perfect place to retreat to after a hectic day of activity. We were vacationing with my elderly parents on the their first trip to Europe and we really appreciated the ability to stretch out and relax in our own home-away-from-home, rather than just a hotel room. We enjoyed breakfasts and dinners we prepared ourselves, and only ate out for lunch. The home was perfect for our first trip to Sicily.

We had the best time here - Maurilio was so accommodating + friendly. He gave us great recommendations. About a 20minute walk to mondello beach, and about 20minutes in a taxi to Palermo centre - really easy to navigate. Villa was gorgeous - outdoor area was amazing with big pool, outdoor kitchen + dining area. Comfy beds, great shower! would recommend the villa to anyone. Thank you so much Maurilio!!

The place is well appointed. And beautifully decorated. The pool was lovely as was the garden so nice to have.

Very nice villa in an attractive location. Being close to the airport, you could hear planes departing and landing but not too early or too late. Finding a small mouse running around in the house upon arrival could have been dealt with better by the hostess. A slightly complicated system to handle the trash needed some extra effort upon check out and departure. But all together, a very nice stay !

This home was a true gem! It was tucked away on a hillside with outstanding views! The outdoor space was unique - we wish we had better weather to enjoy it more! However, there is a covered porch with very comfortable furniture to use even on rainy days. We had 6 adults in the house for the week of Christmas and there was enough room for everyone to have private bedrooms and bathrooms. Even with many restaurants closed for December, there was a cafe and bar open every day 100 meters away and a local grocery store. Marco was able to recommend a wonderful chef that came to the house multiple times and prepared amazing food with only local ingredients. Cefalu city center is only 12 minutes away by car and has every other amenity you might need. Marco's home is a quiet, peaceful getaway. We hope to return!

The accommodation is very pleasant and in pristine condition. The beach within walking distance is a real plus as well as the pool.

Our stay at Lilli's house was just perfect....Lilli organized everything well...Directions... reception by Giovanni ....small provisions....communication also great with her....responds immediately....the house is a small gem and the garden with the many exotic trees, the view of the mountains, the great pool, the tranquility, just wonderful. Giovanni is the good soul of the estate and always has a tip in stock...the surroundings are great, especially we liked the ornate Parrini. Thanks Lilli for the super hospitality! We had a wonderful time, and loved your pool. Hope to come back sometime....

The house is very comfortable and functional. Giovanni is hospitable and helpful. All the information is as described. Nice, fenced garden, good places for a dog. This was the best house we rented during our travels. The beach is close, a bit rocky, but you can walk a long way. Nearby Campofelice is a lovely village, from the terrace of the local restaurant there is a beautiful view of the sea and the tower. Easy to reach by train to Palermo and the airport. However, it is good to have a car, for convenience of shopping and local trips.

My daughter and I had a brilliant week in this gorgeous place. The host, Emanuele, and his parents couldn't have been more helpful, with suggestions of places to go, details about the house and prompt and helpful answers to queries. The parents met us on arrival with stunning snacks, huge smiles and a wealth of information, all conveyed without a common language... with a bit of help from Google Translate!! The house is just lovely, very well appointed, and the garden and pool just heavenly! We didn't travel far afield as the pool and beach provided all we needed, including That's Amore, a delightful restaurant on the beach. We were there out of season so it was very quiet which suited us! But we did also sample the more touristy side of life in beautiful Cefalù just 15 minutes drive away (or easily accessible by train). There are sites to see, beach front bars, cafés and restaurants, gift shops etc and a climb up La Rocca overlooking the town is well worth it. We will be back!

The place was perfect, everything as described in the advertisement. Communication with Guiseppe was great, he showed us everything on site and was always available. We will definitely come back again.

We had a wonderful stay in the holiday apartment. Apart from a pair of scissors 😅, the apartment had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect for us. With a car, we were able to explore many places in the surrounding area. And as for the host… well, it’s rare to find someone so friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed a quiet few days at Marco’s place. The outdoor area is beautiful and there was no one around in any of the neighbouring villas so very private. There was a lot of space inside and out. The beach is rocky so water shoes are helpful, and it does get pretty deep quickly but we enjoyed swimming daily. The tunnel to get under the roadway and to the villa is tight, about 6ft wide as the listing mentions, we just managed to get our rental car through (Citron C3) buy pulling the mirrors in. But there is parking on the main road if you can’t get in. Marco was very quick to respond and provided a lot of local recommendations. It was under an hour to both Palermo and Cefalu; a great quiet spot if you want some peace and quiet.

Our stay at Villa Ammari was perfect, we loved every aspect of it. A very restorative and peaceful place - the villa is perfectly situated and Giovanni was an excellent host who made us feel very welcome. The accommodation has everything you need, plenty of space to relax, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. We would love to return someday to this beautiful spot! Great host, highly recommended! We had a super early flight but Alessandro was kind enough to do an early check in. I recommend renting a car to get around this part of Carini. The villa was just like described, ideal for big family trips.

An amazing getaway! A pristine, rustic, and cozy sicilian home nestled in a citrus and olive orchard with a 200 meter walk to the beach. Quiet, except for the birds and the occasional car. Full kitchen to cook what you learned at at a local cooking class and a great family run restaruant an few minutes walk away. Close to main roads for adventures out and a train station about a kilometer away if you prefer. The host was friendly and helpful with recomendations and understanding Sicily if it is your first time. He spoke English very well and a variety of other languages. This was a great location to live and breathe Sicillian culture and to have a quiet place to rest. Overall an amazing countryside stay that was still close to Cefalu and Palermo. Highly recommended!
