Historic center, with cozy terraces

Artepalermo is a Bed and Breakfast apartment in the historic centre of Palermo on the top floor of an old but renovated house, without lift and surrounded by lanes, churches, markets, washing, squares and terraces. You will live in the house of an artist and you can visit her studio. Your room is more than 25 square metres, it has a double and a single bed, a sofa, a bureau and a balcony. There is also a shared sitting room, a roof terrace, another little terrace and a kitchen where guests can also cook. You will have a private bathroom, but it is not in the room itself. The furniture and the style of the apartment are basic with an artistic touch. It Is not luxurious! There is free quick unlimited internet( fibre). As we are really in the heart of the centre you can walk within a few minutes to the markets, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, musea, port and gardens. It is less than 5 minutes walking to the sea. The train station is at 10 minutes walking. In case you come by car (but you don't need it here) : you cannot go into the old centre without a special pass ( the ZTL). But you can park on the Foro Italico (near Porta Felice is the nearest). If somebody asks you money, give him maximum 1 or 2 euros. We are a Dutch woman, a Tunisian man and a Sicilian dog. We speak English, Italian, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch and Arabic.
