Very nice place to stay, incredible hospitality, within walking distance of a beautiful beach (not crowded). Perfect place to discover Palermo and its surroundings.

Very clean accommodation. Very clear check-in instructions and very good communication throughout the stay. Davide is very responsive and gives good advice. Nice view of the sea. Accommodation close to the sea. We would recommend it.

Maria Antonella welcomes us at the door. She's a lovely lady. The apartment is very cute, well decorated, equipped with everything. Located 7 minutes from the train station and 5 minutes from the beach. All on foot. Right next to the old town but very quiet. We loved our stay!

This is a stunning apartment. The location is brilliant. You do have to park a little way from the apartment but that’s because the apartment is in central Cefalu…so not a surprise. The location is truly superb. You are right in the middle of the old town with brilliant restaurants 2 min walk away, a lovely square to relax in and a sandy beach 5 min away. It was true ‘town living’ with everything so close. The outside space is lovely. A balcony that is big ( the pictures don’t do it justice!) and a roof top area that provides amazing views. We loved it. If we come back we would stay here…a great find. Thank you!

Nico is a wonderful host! The place is very peaceful and calm with extraordinary view at the sea.

Angela was a very kind host! She has welcomed us very warmly. Communication with Angela was very pleasant and easy. She recommends us for the evening right down on the beach to visit the pizzeria, which was really great and certainly the best pizza of the whole holiday! We liked the apartment and the terrace even better as this was visible from the photos. It was very clean, the kitchen was equipped with everything necessary. Also the bathroom, which also had a washing machine. All around it was a great apartment with a great and quiet location, a few meters away from the center of Balestrate. It was also great that the apartment was a few meters away from the beach, so you could also enjoy a nice sunset on the beach with a beer or wine. If we decide again for a few days in Balestrate, we would not hesitate and would immediately like to stay with Angela again in the apartment!

Amazing experience, the apartment itself is stunning and Francesco was such a gracious host providing us with everything we wanted to know about the place and Palermo itself. Do not hesitate to stay here the price is reasonable the balcony is beautiful and the location is great!

Francesca left clear and precise instructions for check-in, showed concern regarding the building's winter-friendly characteristics (it has no heating), and made this aspect clear at the beginning of the reservation. Francesca also gave us excellent recommendations regarding restaurants, local food, street food, parking, bookstores, and museums to visit in Palermo. The balcony is a highlight of the apartment; having breakfast at the table outside is lovely. My only recommendation would be to invest in an electric heater for the bedroom during the winter months. Francesca left a gas heater at our disposal, but it cannot be used inside the bedroom due to the carbon dioxide generated by burning the gas. Therefore, an electric heater (one that runs on oil inside) would be a good purchase for the apartment.

Comfortable apartment and exquisite hospitality! The house has complete amenities, including the first-aid kit in the bathroom. We loved the fruits and treats found on arrival and the almond pastries when we left. Above all, Antonella has always been responsive for small problems that we have resolved without any particular inconvenience. Only negative note: the apartment is on the second floor without an elevator and the particularly steep stairs have made it tiring to bring luggage. In general, we are very satisfied and recommend the structure to those who want to visit Palermo and its surroundings by walking.

We had a wonderful week in Palermo and enjoyed our stay in Alessio's apartment. It is in a great and central place and the city can be explored on foot from here. It is a bright and pleasant apartment. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, but it is still a city full of life - so there are also some noises. The house is decorated with taste and love and we felt very much at home there. Alesso is always quickly accessible. For us it was an ideal place to stay in this nice and interesting city!

The apartment is perfectly located, close to many restaurants and tourist spots. The check-in instructions were very clear and detailed. The kitchen is well-equipped, which was great. There is some noise from the neighbors, but it’s not an issue in the bedroom, so you’ll have no trouble sleeping. I highly recommend this Airbnb – we had a wonderful time in Palermo!

Nice apartment, situated in a scenic building, that gives palace vibes. Angelo was a very kind and helpful co-host, he helped us with what we needed, guided us with tips & tricks in the city and helped with luggage storage after check out. The apartment is fairly equipped, small but smartly compartimented. The bed was confortable for two tall people and there was an extra bed, if needed. The location was very close to the center and main attractions, but the street and some areas around felt unsafe. Overall good experience!

A beautiful oasis of calm in Palermo. Great apartment in a historic building within walking distance of the old area of the city and many of the main attractions. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious and well equipped. Communication with Davide was easy and we appreciated his flexibility around checking in. We had a fantastic time and would visit again.

We stayed there for five nights and felt very much at home The apartment offers everything you need and the hosts are extremely helpful.

We had a great week. Cozy apartment with wonderful terrace facing the sea and nice communal pool. Had very good contact with the host Nicola gave a lot of tips and is responsive. Apartment is secluded. There are no cars, just some livestock that makes the place harmonious. Cefalu is at a 30 min walk distance or 10 min by car. We parked in the large parking lot by the sea. Affordable and always location once we were there. Morning swim and then a good cup of coffee is recommended when Cefalu is waking up. Highly recommended!

I can’t say enough nice things. First of all, Daniela is such a gem! She offered rides for very reasonable prices, gave us brief tours of the areas we were in which were super helpful, and always responsive. Her place was just outside of the noisier areas, but walking distance to the restaurants and beaches. 15 minutes walk to the beach, or you can wait for the local buses if you prefer not to walk. The space was spacious and the bed was so comfortable!! After traveling for a couple weeks, the good nights of sleep were needed. Great trip & stay, and hope to return someday :)

Beautiful, peaceful place.

We had a wonderful holiday in Menfi. Saverio's house is fantastic - beautifully decorated and well-equipped. The pool is amazing and we loved the outside space. The beach, which is only a minute away, is lovely and has the most incredible sunsets. There are also some great restaurants within walking distance. Saverio gave us lots of suggestions for things to do and places to eat, and was always super quick to respond to our queries. We will definitely be returning to Sicily again!

Salvo was an amazing host, answered all our questions and helped us with so many things. The walk up to the apartment with bags is tough, but the location is impossible to beat in the middle of everything and great amenities. We had an amazing stay!

Angelo's apartment was a perfect base for our family of 5 adults to visit Palermo. The apartment is beautiful and spacious and is in a perfect location for visiting most of the places a new visitor to Palermo would want to see. He was very responsive to any issues that came up and also gave us great restaurant recommendations.

Rosalia homestay was such a beautiful property with a brilliant host. Couldn’t recommend enough. The views are incredible. Not far from cinisi and Terrasini both great little towns to have a look around. Brilliant beaches and viewpoints just a walk away from the property. Thanks for a great stay Mara :)
