Farmstay holiday rentals in Metropolitan City of Palermo

A tranquil oasis of a place set in beautiful gardens, a fantastic pool and with very welcoming and generous hosts. We, a family of 4, spent 5 nights here in July and had a wonderful time. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance but having a car in the July heat made everything a good bit more comfortable. Highly recommend.

Anne and Ferdinando are exceptional hosts. They were super welcoming, had plenty of helpful advice and made sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful week of rest and relaxation. Our stay at the House of the Almond Tree was blessed with plenty of sunshine, which we enjoyed on the comfy deck chairs in the huge garden. The sweet dogs and cats came to visit regularly. They really are the most cuddly creatures you can imagine. We particularly enjoyed cooking in the spacious kitchen, where, as we were told, in the past grapes were pressed for wine in the past. We attempted some of the plentiful hikes in the area and although many of them were cut short due to impassable amounts of snow (quite exceptional, apparently) we enjoyed them greatly and encountered lots of wildlife, including some golden eagles.

A wonderful 8 days at Cesare's wonderful HUGE farmhouse in the hills overlooking the ocean from a hill top olivegrove & vineyard. We had 6 adults, 7 young kids, and there were of course plenty of spare rooms that we didn't even use. Beautiful views, beautiful rooms, beautiful gardens and a lovely deep clean pool that we couldn't get the kids out of (or us "adults" ). Amazing privacy ( only saw the gardner a couple of times if up early in the morning), and the villa is only a short drive from the supermarkets, and not much further from beaches and restaurant fronted marinas, bliss. Cesare was very helpful, proactively reaching out a couple of times to check we could find the house , and also mid stay to check we have everything we need/ or wanted any recommendations (which were also perfect spots for beaches /food). We would be delighted to return one day again.

We had a wonderful stay, enjoyed the garden with olive and lemon trees and the pool. Porch with view of the ocean and mountains was wonderful. Shaded area for breakfast was nice! Martina is a warm person and very helpful as a host. It was dark when we arrived and the Sicilian mountainroads are difficult the first time for tourists so it was nice to be in contact with host for help. Recommend to arrive when light out. We enjoyed the two large dogs and several cats around, well-behaved with us and our kids. We got awesome local recommendations from host which really made our trip even better including a drive to the best beach we’ve ever seen. We mixed cooking at home and driving (15-20min) to restaurants. Not good for local area walks but garden is big. We were two adults and 10 and 14 yr old kids. Lots of space. Three bedrooms. Small but fine kitchen (no oven but microwave oven available). Very clean and comfortable, two floors, building separate from host’s. Loved our stay here!!

Francesca and Renato were absolutely wonderful. They gave us a great welcome and orientation. Provided us with farm fresh eggs, melon, grapes and we had access to more of their farm produce. The house was very clean and functional. Highly recommend their beautiful house, 10 minutes away from Alcamo. Thank you so much to the both of you for making our first stay in Sicily so comfortable. Loved the beautiful clean pool too. Grazie!

Magnificent villa with every comfort and very clean. From the bedroom directly into the beautiful garden with its own outdoor shower. Cozy kitchen in which we loved cooking. Great conservatory that can be completely opened to the spacious and covered veranda. Small but fine bathroom. The villa is not visible from the street. You can enjoy your complete peace and privacy. For us, these four last days of vacation were an absolute relaxation and pure enjoyment. Thanks for the time we were able to spend here!

Appsolultly one of the nicest Airbnb’s on Sicily. Access to private beach, nice private location with restaurants very close by. Nicely decorated and furnished. Loved it!

Gorgeous location, fabulous hosts - nothing was too much trouble. A really lovely family who gave great recommendations and were so helpful in general. The view is far better than described you can actually see the sea from the terrace. A great family break!

We had an unforgettable stay at the Magali complex in Sicily! Surrounded by beautiful, ancient olive trees and with a fantastic view of the olive groves and the sea, we rented all four cottages with a group of friends. Each house was perfectly equipped and left nothing to be desired. The kitchen had everything you needed, including dishwasher and washing machine, and the furniture was all new and modern. Especially the sofa bed with its excellent mattress and the comfortable beds made for restful nights. The entire complex is a small paradise, with a spacious entrance area where you can sit together perfectly in groups. We particularly enjoyed the time outside in the garden, under the shade-giving trees. The pine forest with hammocks and armchairs provided the ideal retreat for relaxing and chilling out. We had very nice three night stay at the Fattoria and enjoyed the beauty of the place very much. Thank you Giuliana for the delicious vegetarian meal on the first night - sind we arrived hungry, it was the best thing that could happen to us… and then we slept ten hours 😊 Lovely.

great location, very helpful host

Our stay in the beautiful complex of Magali in Sicily was simply fantastic! The four cottages we rented with a group of friends were all perfectly equipped and lovingly furnished down to the last detail. The view of the surrounding olive groves and the sparkling sea is fantastic and immediately creates a holiday mood. Each house offers modern amenities such as dishwasher and washing machine, and the furniture is all new and very high quality. Especially the comfortable sofa bed and the excellent beds have made for relaxing nights. The expansive garden with the centuries-old olive trees is a true retreat. There are many shaded places that invite you to linger, and the pine forest with its hammocks and armchairs was our absolute favorite place to relax. The spacious entrance area of the houses gave us the perfect opportunity to sit together as a group and spend the day in a social run

It was a beautiful weekend: clean and tidy little house, breathtaking view and quiet area. Domenico and his dogs were super welcoming and friendly. We hope to be back soon.

We absolutely loved our experience. The lodge is beautiful and the shared spaces are just as beautiful. The pool, breakfast, and spectacular views of the vineyards make this place a great place! Would recommend to anyone. However, it is necessary to have a car, as the villages are about 15 minutes away by car.

Alessio and his wife are lovely. Their small rooftop rooms are very cute and smell very good. They are very welcoming like their animals! Just the accessibility to their home is quite complicated since it is at the top of a pebble slope, provide a 4x4! But this AirBnB is my favorite of everyone I've done in a week, with their kindness and full breakfast.

Emanuela’s place is just stunning. It’s located in a beautiful countryside with a fantastic Sicilian view. The accomodation is clean and tidy, and the pool is so beautiful and always clean. She cooked dinner for us one night, which was such a beautiful Sicilian home cooking. It was really a special experience for us.

Mariella and her family were the friendliest and warmest hosts we could have wished for. The house and surroundings are in perfect condition, everything is super clean and perfectly maintained. The house is well equipped and we were welcomed with a starter pack of groceries and Sicilian specialties that made us feel welcomed from the first second on. The stay at Villa Felice felt like a second home, not to mention the perfect views of the sunset and over to the hills and the sea. A perfect stay and we will make sure to come back again.

I recommend it… everything is perfect. A house where everything has been thought out in every detail for the well-being of the hosts . The air conditioning comfort for beds , spacious bedrooms and their bathrooms ... a very spacious kitchen... and everything is in impeccable condition... a terrace with a view of 390 degrees a quiet environment.
