Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Metropolitan City of Palermo

We just enjoyed a week in Florianas slice of heaven at the start of march, and it was perfect for us with our 2 year old son. The beach house is wonderful, the facilities such as the lovely heated pool and hot tub, and the washer/dryer and kitchen were both fun and super helpful! The cot was also ready for our use which was perfect. We liked the location a lot, but we were very grateful we had our own car to drive to all of the other fun. Floriana was an amazing host, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable! She had lots of really helpful recommendations and was very communicative with us. Would easily recommend to anyone.

My daughter and son in law stayed with Giuseppina. The apartment was fabulous for all our needs. Situated in the town centre. Great location. Clean and tidy and a lovely host.

We stayed as a group of 9 during the winter months. The Villa was beautiful, and overlooked the ocean (from a distance). It was peaceful and serene. Paolo kindly offered us access to his orange and lemon trees, which were amazing! He was a helpful host, helping order us pizza our first night when everything seemed closed. The large dining table and kitchen at the back of the house was perfect for family dinners. We used the outdoor BBQ (propane) and the indoor stove/top range - all worked well. We also used the fire pit and Paolo was kind enough to give us some firewood. The house is about ~20 minutes from Palermo by car, which you definitely need in order to stay here. If you don't feel like cooking, try Bragone restaurant (15 mins). Incredible pizza/pasta in the countryside. We stayed during a cold spell, so while there were lots of heat and heaters available, we were chilly at times because we had to balance the electric load just right to keep things running smoothly.

We had an incredible stay at Maria’s! She went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable, providing local recommendations and tips for exploring the area. The accommodation itself was lovely with a beautifully rooftop. Maria was always available to answer any questions and helped arrange a local taxi for us to go in and out of Palermo. I can’t recommend her place enough, we would love to return.

This is an incredible accommodation with Italian Hospitality at its peak! Giovanni and his mom are very friendly and made us feed right at home. The house is amazing with everything that you need for a comfortable stay and of course the highlight is the spa room. We thoroughly enjoyed it! They brought us breakfast every day and made us fresh coffee. The house is beautifully decorated and easy very cozy in the middle of the mountains to enjoy peaceful time! We would be happy to come back!

We felt very comfortable, everything is great, recommended. The only drawback: Parking is not on the property as described but right next to the house in a narrow street where the side mirror of my car was approached.

We had the best time here - Maurilio was so accommodating + friendly. He gave us great recommendations. About a 20minute walk to mondello beach, and about 20minutes in a taxi to Palermo centre - really easy to navigate. Villa was gorgeous - outdoor area was amazing with big pool, outdoor kitchen + dining area. Comfy beds, great shower! would recommend the villa to anyone. Thank you so much Maurilio!!

Antonio and Antonella were both excellent hosts! We booked last minute and only allowed a short time for them to prepare the house. The place was perfect and spotless when we arrived both hosts greeted us with warmth. The area is very safe and the surrounding neighbors are a beautiful representation of the heart of Sicily. We rented a car - SUV (mistake) to move around easily. Carnini has very very small streets - some our car would not fit down - so if you rent a car get a small one. While we didn't use the plunge pool during our stay it was a nice option. Be sure to go upstairs and check out thl views from the rooftop patio. I had a very small car accident while in Carini and if it were not for the help of Antonio and Antonella then I may of ended up paying a lot of money for an accident that was not my fault. Antonella even left work to come help communicate with the other driver because they spoke no English and was very hostile. I am so grateful for these beautiful souls

We had a great stay as a family and friends. Very helpful with checking in early on the day. The pool and outside cooking/dining area was great. Also an additional chill out space to the rear for Drinks in the evenings. Provided our 9month baby with travel cot and high chair no problem. Guiseppe was extremely friendly and provided local restaurant recommendations etc. Would Highly recommend. Thanks Again.

The place is well appointed. And beautifully decorated. The pool was lovely as was the garden so nice to have.

We stayed at the place for a few days and felt right at home! The reception was warm and timed for us. To welcome you, a fruit basket, water and prosecco. The place is a little remote (15-20 min. Mountain up from Cefalù) and has a fantastic view! We were able to enjoy the privacy and at the same time never felt alone as the dogs and dear Giorgio were on site for us. The hot tub was super clean, as was the entire accommodation. We absolutely don't miss anything! Towels were also there, even for the hot tub. The contact with all people was absolutely warm and helpful. The rabbit was also a great highlight for us in February. We would come back anytime and are glad we were able to have this experience. Thanks to the whole team!

The house was spotless and and had all amenities. The kitchen was very well equipped. The rooms had very comfortable beds and air conditioning. Gabriele showed us the house upon our arrival, she was for a long time explaining everything, and she was always available. The only thing to keep in mind in this house is that the access is down a very narrow street. Small cars have a good time. Wide cars like the one they gave me in the rent-a-car (a dr brand car, which by the way I don't recommend to anyone), they also happen although you have to be careful. Otherwise, the perfect house and Gabriele a great host

We had a wonderful stay at Giovanni’s home. Super helpful and welcoming family. We felt right at home. They welcomed us with delicious pastries which a very nice touch. The home is grand, with very large bedrooms and spacious grounds. Our older son enjoyed being on his own in the bedroom that is by the outdoor kitchen. The outdoor kitchen was the highlight for us. We ate all of our meals there and hung out each night. The home is spotless. Giovanni and family were also responsive and gave us restaurant and beach recommendations. We felt very safe at the home. Lots to do around the home. Would highly recommend the home and the host is amazing.

This home was a true gem! It was tucked away on a hillside with outstanding views! The outdoor space was unique - we wish we had better weather to enjoy it more! However, there is a covered porch with very comfortable furniture to use even on rainy days. We had 6 adults in the house for the week of Christmas and there was enough room for everyone to have private bedrooms and bathrooms. Even with many restaurants closed for December, there was a cafe and bar open every day 100 meters away and a local grocery store. Marco was able to recommend a wonderful chef that came to the house multiple times and prepared amazing food with only local ingredients. Cefalu city center is only 12 minutes away by car and has every other amenity you might need. Marco's home is a quiet, peaceful getaway. We hope to return!

Mariella and her family were the friendliest and warmest hosts we could have wished for. The house and surroundings are in perfect condition, everything is super clean and perfectly maintained. The house is well equipped and we were welcomed with a starter pack of groceries and Sicilian specialties that made us feel welcomed from the first second on. The stay at Villa Felice felt like a second home, not to mention the perfect views of the sunset and over to the hills and the sea. A perfect stay and we will make sure to come back again.

Osvaldo is an exquisite person, attentive to the best accommodation for its guests and always very available, at practically all hours of the day, despite also its continuous commitment to the cozy bathrooms it has on the seafront of Cefalù and in which guests are already included (easily accessible by car in 10 minutes and with parking included! ). The highlight is the garden, immense, created with infinite passion by Osvaldo over the years A botanical museum of succulents, palms and cacti of all kinds and shapes, of plasma and very well-kept olive trees, forming like natural sculptures along the entire path that surrounds the villa. It seems to fall into another reality, also thanks to the very refined outdoor furnishings originating in Indonesia, with gems to discover on every corner and where total relaxation makes it the master. We were kidnapped. Thank you Osvaldo!....and Cefalù is beautiful
