Check-out: free luggage storage until midnight. Independent entrance with security door. Duplex bedroom/living area with private bathroom. Without extra costs, upon simple request, I prepare the double sofa bed in the separate living room. 5 minutes from Piazzale Roma or the station. Third floor with elevator, with exposed beams. The systems and furnishings are new, comfortable and modern. The room is bright and ventilated. The windows overlook a romantic square.

Easy to reach from all directions: 400 meters from the BUS that arrives from the airport, 250 meters from the VENEZIA S.LUCIA train station and 200 meters from where all the vaporettos leave and arrive.

For the safety and comfort of our guests, in this apartment, the surfaces are sanitized with alcohol-based products and bleach.
