This Charming Villa has belonged to our family for a very long time. Since we all had been living abroad, the Villa had been empty for nearly a decade. In spring 2018, we came back and started a hard but fruitful work of renovation all by ourselves, and now we are ready to offer YOU the opportunity of discover the beauties of Venice setting our Villa as Your warm and cozy shelter. It is only 1 minute walk from Bus Stop and 5 minutes walk for supermarket, restaurants and beautiful public beach.

This is a portion of the house surrounded by greenery and surrounded by wonderful vineyards. The 6,000-square-meter garden is enriched with centuries-old plants. On the ground floor, which is accessed from the porch overlooking the garden, is the large kitchen and a living room with fireplace, from here you go upstairs where the two bedrooms and the bathroom are.
