Nestled in a beautiful forest landscape is St. Thomas an der Kyll. Here you will find peace and relaxation in nature, but also numerous leisure activities, hiking, cycling and fishing opportunities are right on your doorstep. Living/sleeping room with Wi-Fi, smart TV as well as reading material and a few games. Iron is available, clothes dryer and ironing board can be borrowed Well-equipped kitchen including dishwasher. Large bathroom with shower, a hairdryer is available In front of the apartment door are 2 garden chairs to enjoy the sun on the lawn in front of the entrance door (shared use of the garden). The city center can be reached in 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot. There are various shopping facilities here.

The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 square meters) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the basement (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. In the entrance area, there is a small kitchenette. From here you can go straight to the bathroom with shower/toilet. To the left - separated from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to nature.

My place is close to nature and good air and tranquility. You'll love the loft because of the outdoors space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. Quiet apartment in the idyllic Eifel

The apartment is accessible via a small threshold of about 5 cm and has its own entrance. Directly in front of it, there are two parking spaces, a small terrace with a picnic table and a lawn which are at your disposal. The WiFi connection has been upgraded by an amplifier and works very well. A kettle grill is at your disposal. It is covered under the stairs. Please put it back there after cooling and cleaning.
