This adorable house has it's own entrance from the street and is completely autonomous, with a shower, fully equipped kitchen and bedroom on the first floor.

Charming two-room apartment in an Art Deco building. Located in the Bellevue neighborhood, and next to the Meudon Forest. 7 minutes from the train station (line N), the train goes to Paris in 13 minutes and to Versailles in 15 minutes. In the center of Bellevue, there are bakeries, a restaurant Le Central and a small supermarket. Residential area where it's easy to park for free. 160 cm bed in the bedroom. New sofa bed in 130 in the living room, second bed ideal for one adult or two children.

My typically Parisian, well-lit and AC equiped apartment is on the last floor of a charming apartment building with an elevator. It is in the hip Rue des Martyrs area, with a lively local presence and many cafés, bars and restaurants. It is only a short walk to Montmatre, the Moulin Rouge and Opera, and 3 metro lines (2,7,12). There is a magnificent view from the living room balcony over the roofs of Paris and the Eiffel tower. Well equiped kitchen and high-speed wifi.

Ideally located between Versailles and Paris City Center, you are 15mn train ride away from both.

Ideally located, 8 min walk to RER C (Eiffel Tower in 13 min by RER) and 12 min walk to line N (Gare Montparnasse in 11 min by train), you will reach Paris easily. The accommodation is on the ground floor of our family home where we live. Independent access from the outside.
