Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Mexico City

this place is great. great for a large group and accessible to so many things. we could walk almost anywhere and it's next to bike docks so it's super easy to get around. The space was clean and beds were comfortable. The one downside was that the coffee shop downstairs turns into a bar at night and the noise carries, but Pedro provides ear plugs and noise machines which helped a ton!

Josefina is GREAT. She was willing to reasonably accommodate our needs at every turn. We had a group of 8! We began our trip off the plane at 6am worried we’d have to wait until check-in at 3pm. Josefina was kind enough to allow us luggage drop off at 7am. The housekeeper we were greeted by was also extremely sweet and helpful. She gave us a full tour of the place and answered any questions we might’ve had. We were also accommodated with an early check-in. I’ve stayed in other parts of Mexico and I’m aware hot showers are not guaranteed. Most days we were able to take hot showers if we had the time to let the water warm up which we appreciated. We were stunned by the gorgeous patios of this place. I did badly cut the back of my ankle coming down the outdoor stairs so be cautious of your steps! There was a toilet fix during our stay that didn’t affect us much because there were plenty of other bathrooms to use on the property. Thank you for your hospitality! Be back soon.

Christian’s place was the perfect location for a long weekend with family. Not only is the property gorgeous but you can’t beat the location. Christian was incredibly responsive and made sure our stay was perfect. He provided recommendations for restaurants, sites to see and everything in between. I highly recommend staying at Christian’s place.

Came to celebrate a bachelorette and bachelor party. It was a total of 14 of us so we rented out the whole house. It was great, however a few things to note, the house has no AC and it does get pretty hot in the rooms (at least during the month of April). There aren’t enough fans in each room. We had two fans in one room but it was broken. They said they would fix/bring a new one but didn’t get one. The electricity was going off and so did the wifi but they were able to fix by the time we had come back from being out. The host and their team were communicating with me. Great house and pretty accessible to Mexico City.

Martín's house is a beautiful, peaceful space. We were two families traveling together with young kids, and they enjoyed playing in the backyard and the upstairs TV room. It was warm when we visited CDMX and two of the upstairs bedrooms had minisplit A/C units, which was great. Martín was super responsive, even stopping by to drop off some extra towels when we needed them. The location was nice, a short 10-15 minute walk to La Comer for groceries, a 10 minute car ride to an area with many restaurants, and 20-30 minutes to Chapultepec/Condesa/Centro historico depending on traffic. Thanks for the great stay!

Me encantó el apartamento. Un lugar demasiado cómodo para mí y para mi familia: Es una casa bastante espaciosa; grande, súper impecable y organizada. Las instrucciones fueron demasiado claras. Las camas, los accesorios se ven prácticamente nuevas. Nos dejaron cafesito colombiano, aromáticas, la cocina está súper bien equipada. Me encantó, realmente un lugar bastante recomendado todo. Los anfitriones son bastante amables y responden con puntualidad.

Guisela is a thoughtful, kind, and attentive host. Her apartment is spacious yet cozy, with lots of light and everything you need to feel at home. Lots of details, often missing from other rentals I’ve stayed at, are taken care of for you, like shampoo/conditioner/soap and extra toilet paper and towels, cooking equipment/dishes/Tupperware, and cooking oil/salt/pepper and napkins and paper towels. The neighborhood is calm and in a great location to explore the city. It’s walkable and has lots of food options nearby (restaurants/groceries/markets). I would definitely stay at Guisela’s apartment again and highly recommend it!

Juan is an excellent host and the apartment was great. Perfect location, helpful doormen, space to spread out. We especially appreciated the washer and dryer for our stay. Thanks!

The place is big and clear. Full kitchen with everything to cook. Close to the Coyoacan plaza where you can find restaurants, souvenirs markets, etc We felt at home and loved the atmosphere of the neighborhood. Highly recommended!! The hosts made us feel safe and comfortable. We would go back without hesitation 😊

Excelente sitio. Bien ubicado, hay un Walmart a una cuadra y media. Los muebles son bonitos y muy cómodos, tiene todas las amenidades que mencionan, y me gustó la facilidad de dejar el equipaje con antelación. La zona es muy tranquila, la guardia en la entrada fue muy amable. Los anfitriones muy amables y pendientes. Definitivamente volveré a reservar en el futuro.

La ubicación es muy buena, al igual que la iluminación natural. El apartamento en si es muy acogedor, tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar el día si no quieren salir. Al ingresar se sintió un olor peculiar como a humedad (creo que es debido a la ubicación y estado de la lavadora, la cual no utilizamos pues tenía moho en el empaque de la puerta, creo que necesita mantenimiento). Las duchas parecían estar tapadas, pero se solucionó retirando las tapaderas para que el agua pudiera circular sin problema. El personal de recepción siempre se encontraba en su lugar y fueron muy atentos.

Nuestra estancia fue excelente. El lugar es perfecto para desconectarse al 100%, rodeado de naturaleza y con todo lo necesario para no tener que salir en ningún momento, si llevas lo esencial (juegos, comida, bebidas) Las áreas exteriores son enormes: jardines muy amplios, cancha de fútbol y un espacio increíble para cocinar al aire libre, ya sea con carbón o parrilla de gas. También cuenta con fogateros de gas, ideales para disfrutar las noches sin pasar frío. El interior estaba impecable, muy limpio y ordenado. Las habitaciones son bastante amplias; cinco de ellas tienen baño privado y las otras dos comparten uno exterior, lo cual no fue ningún problema. La cocina está muy bien equipada, con suficientes platos y utensilios para un grupo grande (éramos 15 personas y no faltó nada). Luis fue un excelente anfitrión, siempre atento y amable. Sin duda, recomendaríamos este lugar y esperamos volver pronto.

Buena experiencia y muy amables las personas encargadas, recomendable lugar! Hay tiendas cerca, pero pueden ir por un costo accesible a comprar algunas cosas que hagan falta, fue de bastante ayuda. Esperamos volver pronto!

Sin lugar a dudas el lugar superó nuestras expectativas. Mi familia y yo, realmente la pasamos increíble, Carlos y personal de ayuda siempre muy atentos y accesibles. La casa es más grande y bonita en persona, la alberca es ideal para clavados, ya que la mitad es profunda y la otra mitad ideal para descansar ya que es menos profunda. Tiene mucho espacio para varias personas y es muy cómoda, está muy limpia. La atención de Hans fue excelente, muy amable al recibirnos en el alojamiento. Gran alojamiento!!

un espacio muy agradable, comodidad, limpieza, muy amplio y con todas las amenidades que ofrecían. El único detalle fue que el agua de la alberca estaba un poco fría, pero en otros aspectos superaron las expectativas. Gracias al anfitrión y al personal de apoyo que siempre estuvieron atentos y muy serviciales. Esperamos pronto regresar
