It has a private entrance and parking. Situated in a 2 acre garden directly opposite pine forest, yet walking distance to the village with shops and restaurants. A short 10 min drive away are Contis and Mimizan beaches. The interior space has a calm coastal decor with new beds & furnishings. Sorry no pets :)

This adjoining New Duplex accommodation is made up of 2 bedrooms, 1 of which is on the mezzanine (1 140 cm bed and 2 single beds) with dressing room, 2 shower rooms, 1 toilet. Beautiful bright room opening onto a fully equipped kitchen. Travel cot available. Wooden terrace, table, benches, offset parasol, gas plancha. Parking space nearby.

A swimming pool in the residence (mid-June-September) and many activities nearby (surfing, pine forest, golf, tree climbing...) are easily accessible to enhance your stay.
