Great views, day or night. Outstanding location on the water. A small deck that will make your day with plenty of beauty to look at. We had a great stay at Chad's. Located in a perfect spot to see the sights, yet be quiet and private when you just want to relax. The parking spot is right below the unit and makes everything very easy. Chad was a communicative and excellent host. Everything was clean, comfortable, exactly as described and pictured.

Great view look just like pictures, great beach view, the host responds but very slowly I would stay here again the guard helped me when I smashed my toe with first aid some of the front desk people are very rude didn’t want me to use the phone and gave weird stares other than that it was fine pool is very clean. You do have to buy your own toilet paper after you run out he’s a good host and it was very clean

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The location was perfect, close to everything we needed in Miami. The place was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. Communication with the hosts was excellent—Susie and the team were always responsive and helpful, making check-in and check-out super smooth. We especially appreciated the clear instructions and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again on our next visit!

Great location. Place was very nice, looked like the pictures. Luis was supper friendly and responsive. Good security so we felt very safe. 100% would book from him again.

My family and I loved Luis place. So fun to be right on the beach. We loved sitting on the deck and listening to the ocean waves. This is - a very a busy area and everything you need to close by.

The apartment is located in a great area. Close walking distance to all local attractions, stores, and South Beach. Apartment felt cozy and just what we needed after spending a long day at the beach. Would definitely stay again!

My stay was excellent. The place was spotless, nicely located and as shown in the pictures. The bed was comfortable, the space was quiet and had everything you need for a pleasant stay. The host was very attentive and was quick to respond to any inquiries. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

One of the highlights was the balcony, where I spent mornings surrounded by lush trees, creating the serene ambiance of a peaceful jungle retreat. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the natural surroundings. The bedrooms were exceptionally comfortable, with beds that ensured restful nights. The rooms were bathed in beautiful natural sunlight, adding a warm and inviting feel to the space. The Sun Harbor neighborhood itself was a gem—remarkably tranquil and situated right by the water on the harbor side. It offered a rare sense of calm in the typically vibrant and bustling Miami Beach. Overall, this Airbnb was a wonderful find, blending comfort and tranquility in an ideal location. I would highly recommend it and look forward to returning!

Great place near design district and Wynwood, a lot of restaurants around, great shopping, Trader Joes at the corner

We had a wonderful stay with Bay Harbor One! Compared to other locations in Miami, this is a definite gem if you're looking for a peaceful vacation while still having proximity to all the happenings of the city. The overall process was extremely easy and the building and unit were in a safe and walkable area. Many families are in the area. When we went out, the locals were also very friendly. The apartment itself was as described and accurate to the picture. It was spacious, clean and bright - which I loved! Augosto was our point person for checking in and he was timely and kind. It was nice to have a person come out and meet you to check in - truly appreciated that touch. Overall, I'd recommend this space to any looking for a retreat locally or traveling with families. Will be back!

Amazing location extremely clean and beautiful

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean condo. The area is safe and near shopping, restaurants, and close access to highways plus on a 20 minute direct route to the beach. We even found an inexpensive $ waterpark 10 minutes away (Paradise Cove). The tasteful decor, well-stocked kitchen with essentials, and ample bathroom toiletries, towels and, extra bedding made it a pleasant experience. When we reached out, Jaime was responsive and attentive. Our host was truly committed to us having a great stay. The only minor issue was some inconsistency in water temperature in both showers, but this did not take away from our overall satisfaction. Highly recommended for a small group or family getaway! We would definitely come again.

James's apartment is as advertised: well located, clean, spacious and accommodated our family of 3 very well. Communication with the host was always very clear and kind. The instructions were so clear and everything worked so well that we didn't even need to use it during our stay.

The apartment felt very spacious (great walk-in closet and large living room) and looked just like the photos. The pool outside is beautiful and has easy access to the beach!

Claudia and Pablo are very responsive and helpful hosts. They provided restaurant recommendations and left wine and granola bars for us as a welcome gift. Unit has beautiful views and is equipped with every possible amenity you could imagine if you’re traveling with a family (high chair, stroller, etc). Highly recommend!

Such a cozy beautiful place! It’s like your own little apartment. The communication was AMAZING! Any questions I had I would get a respond less than 5 minutes. Any issues or concerns were fixed immediately. I also loved that the area is close to so many things! Would definitely come back here!
