Outdoor pool, cafes, restaurants, boule and bowling alley, sound hiking trail within walking distance. Dog(s) welcome on request, no cats. Not suitable for fitters. Tourist tax €0.70 per person/day (on site)

Due to the convenient connection to the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region, the nearby federal highways A6 and A61, the local recreation area Silbersee, the railway connection on the Main railway line and the well-developed road network, the municipality of Bobenheim-Roxheim, with around 10,000 inhabitants, has become a very popular residential and holiday resort.

Relax in this special and cosy home! Everything recently renovated, our own electricity from the roof, heat from our stove, a cellar for bicycles and a seating area outside at the edge of the forest with charcoal grill and fire bowl make our house unique! Everything is beautifully located in the valley, Eberbach and Heidelberg are within easy reach. For hiking ( Neckarsteig) and cycling (Bikeländ Eberbach) a great starting point! The Sinsheim thermal baths and bathing world are also not far away!

Unser, im Stil eines Forsthauses, eingerichtetes Holzhaus garantiert Ihnen Ruhe und Entspannung vom Alltag und bietet eine optimale Ausgangslage um den Odenwald zu erkunden. Pure Entspannung bietet die neue Holzterrasse mit großer Sitzgruppe und einer wunderbaren Aussicht. Das Ferienhaus bietet mit ca. 120 m² großzügig Platz für 6 - 8 Personen.

Located on the ground floor of my house with private entrance and parking space. Small apartment, about 40 square meters, cozy and comfortable. The spacious townhouse is located in Miltenberg, the pearl on the Untermain. Odenwald and Spessart meet here on the Main and allow relaxing days in nature as well as a visit to the old town. A beautiful garden with three terraces, barbecue, fire bowl and sandbox is available for the large and small guests to relax. Depending on the occupancy, the house has up to 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, dining room, living room and a fully equipped kitchen.

In the sleepy village of Böllstein lies "the Ima," a cottage built in the 18th century as a farmhouse. After many conversions and extensions, the house is now equipped with three bedrooms ( 2 with doors and one with curtain), plus fireplace room, open kitchen, summer kitchen, open gallery and many many books.
