A house on the lake between Berlin & Potsdam

This is a classic rbnb. We rent our private rooms to private individuals. Not to companies and fitters - please refrain from bookings that are not for yourself. Our vacation apartment is located directly on the lake, is renovated and equipped to a very high specification (approx. 90 square meters). There is a large double bed (200 x 200) and a sofa bed separated only by a CABINET sliding door. (No noise insulation - therefore not very soundproof). Mooring for boats by arrangement. It is 500 m to the Berlin city sign. To Wannsee train station 10 minutes by bus, and from there you can reach the main train station (Berlin) in 17 minutes. Please don't bring dogs. On TV there is an Amazon Fire TV Stick with movies in German and English. This spacious country home with its lovely garden is only 150 metres from lake Schwielowsee in the picturesque Havelland area west of Berlin. At the same time you are only a 30 minute car ride away from the Ku'damm, the main shopping area in West Berlin. Perfect to combine relaxation in the garden or around the lake and a visit to vibrating Berlin! It's a treat even in the winter - staying by the fireplace, looking into the garden...
