The house is within cycling distance of the clean Walcheren beaches of Zoutelande and Domburg and the Veerse Meer. The renovation of this former emergency barn was completed in 2020. The energy-neutral vacation home has energy label A+++ and thus meets the requirements of this time. It is spacious, comfortable, cozy and welcoming. A fantastic place for a wonderful vacation.

Gezellige comfortabele vakantiewoning in de kern van Meliskerke met veel privacy en ruimte. Onze vakantiewoning heeft een badkamer en slaapkamer op de begane grond en extra brede deuren. Inmiddels verhuren we 6 jaar, dit is onze ervaring: ons vakantiehuis past het best voor stellen die voor de omgeving en/of rust komen. Of gezinnen met 1, 2 of 3 (jonge) kinderen. Kinderen hebben dan veel ruimte om in de tuin te spelen. In totaal 4 bedden, daarbij kan nog een campingbedje geplaatst worden.

From March 2017, our vacation home Zeelandrust is for rent on the beautiful island of Walcheren, just 2 kilometers away from the beach of Zoutelande. The house is next to our arable farm, but not so close that you will be bothered by it. Around the house is a terrace with unobstructed views of the dunes at the front and beautiful sunsets in spring and autumn. The dunes of Zoutelande are 2 kilometers away. Outside the holidays, it is also possible with breakfast (in consultation).

The house is 30 meters from our house. The vacation home with floor heating has all the comforts. With large fenced garden facing south. Bike rental and supermarket 1 km away. Not far from Aagtekerke are the cozy seaside resorts: Domburg (2.3 km) Westkapelle (5.8 km) Zoutelande (6.1 km)

Net buiten Zoutelande is, zeer rustig en landelijk gelegen, onze gloednieuwe ,luxe 2-persoons vakantiewoning. Met een schitterend uitzicht op diverse akkers rondom. Zoutelande biedt u gezellige restaurants, terrasjes, (zomerse)weekmarkt en diverse winkels. Daarnaast, op het zuiden, een ruim strand met enkele strandpaviljoens. Verder is Meliskerke op 1,5 km te bereiken, daar bevinden zich de warme bakker, ambachtelijke slager en een supermarkt.

The house is situated in a quiet location, but at a walking distance (2 minutes) to the center of Oostkapelle, where there is a large supermarket, bakery, various restaurants / cafés and various shops. Bags in the 1000 tukkies chair, lose yourself in that one good book. A breath of fresh air by the sea, coffee in bed or in the sun in the garden. Between Middelburg and Vlissingen is our newly built detached guest house, Studio Abeele. The location has a kitchen with bar table and sitting area, sanitary room with shower and a spacious sleeping loft. There is underfloor heating and floor cooling in the summer. You have access to a sunny terrace and lawn. Parking is available on the premises or for free in the street.
