In 2018, we bought our dream home. During the complete renovation, we decided to furnish the extension as a guest house. We are proud of the result and would like to share it with you! The apartment is luxuriously and cozily furnished with as many original materials as possible from the old house. The garden will delight you with its own private terrace and sunbathing lawn. This sunny apartment is located on a quiet spot in the historic centre. The grand city hall, shops, cafe's/restaurants are at a 3 minute walk. Museum, cult film house and art galleries also nearby. Zeelands' finest beaches are within cycling distance. The place is light, has high ceilings, an open kitchen/living and bedroom and modern bathroom. Wifi is available. Great for couples, business travelers, etc. Train station nearby. The apartment is accessible by car with (paid) parking nearby.

Please note that the rental price is exclusive of the following costs: - Dog fee: €15 per day per dog. - Tourist tax: €2.42 per day per person. - In the months of December, January, February, and March, gas consumption is charged additionally at a rate of €1.50 per m³.

Sleep at Zilt&Zo, beautiful new vacation home

From August 2020, we opened the doors of this new vacation home. The house is very centrally located on the outskirts of Koudekerke. The house is in a unique location with its own garden and terrace. It is modernly furnished and equipped with every comfort. The ground floor has a bathroom, luxury kitchen and cozy sitting area. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, made beds, toilet and storage closet. The beach, Dishoek, Middelburg and Vlissingen are accessible by bicycle.

Guesthouse along the canal, MaisonMidas!

MaisonMidas is a spacious 95 m² guesthouse, housed in a former 18th‑century merchant’s house in the historic center of Bruges. The name refers to the statue of Midas, designed by Jef Claerhout, proudly standing on the rooftop. Every detail of our accommodation reflects a unique blend of creativity and precision. Welcome to the apartment in our 1930s home in Vlissingen. Relax and unwind in this stylish and fully furnished space. Separate bedroom and spacious bathroom. Including linens. You can prepare your breakfast and other meals yourself in the fully equipped kitchen area, and there is also a balcony where you can relax if the weather is favorable. Close to Boulevard, beach and dunes. 2 km to the Westerschelde ferry and 6 km to Middelburg.

This cottage is surrounded by woods. It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.

Studio 27, a 5-minute walk to the sea!

Luxuriously furnished studio with parking, 5 minutes walk from the boulevard, Nollenbos, beach and restaurants. Private entrance and terrace, comfortable bed, nice spacious bathroom, kitchenette for self-catering breakfast and lunch. The studio is very well insulated, has floor heating and floor cooling on exceptionally hot days. A wonderfully quiet environment to relax, cycle, hike or just read a nice book. Pets are not allowed.

This renovated apartment is located in one of the most emblematic streets of Middelburg. Right in the heart of the city, restaurants, cafes, shops and cultural attractions and public transport are steps away. Breakfast in the patio, to the abbey, wandering around the city and closing the evening with (self-prepared) dinner and a visit to the local cinema. All the ingredients for a carefree stay in Middelburg and our BnB.

't Blauwe Huis on the Veerse Meer

Welcome to our favourite place! A lovely house at Kortgene harbour in the always sunny province of Zeeland. You can relax and unwind here. The house is available for six people and is fully equipped. Beach, shops, eateries, supermarket, everything is within walking distance. There is also an electric charging station for your electric car. Please note, you can only connect this with your own charging card.

Beautiful LOFT with heart of Middelburg + private parking from 25/3

De loft aan de historische haven van Middelburg is sinds 2018 smaakvol en authentiek ingericht. Je loopt door de sfeervolle straatjes het mooie centrum in en je hebt een vakantiegevoel door de bootjes in de haven voor de deur. Het strand ligt op 30 min fietsen of 10 min met de auto. En met een eigen gratis parkeerplaats vanaf 25 maart 2026 aan de achterkant van de loft. Inchecken via duidelijke instructies.
