Waterfront views from the yard and one of the best sunsets at the shore! Includes 2 person kayak, 2 bikes & 2 beach badges! Perfect shore weekend getaway for couples or small group of friends. 1 mile to ocean. Short Uber, bike, or train ride to Asbury Park. Also, please note that there are two houses on this property, both are rental listings. Privacy is no concern... the two houses, their addresses, yards, and parking are all separated. However, the driveway entrance is shared. This listing is for the back house on the property. The Captain's Cottage is in a very unique location for Belmar. In the past few years, the Belmar Marina area has gained popularity as park spaces, waterfront walkways, fishing piers, and new bars and restaurants have opened up along the Shark River. 9th Ave Pier and Marina Grille have been a big hit, where you can enjoy a waterfront meal and drink while watching the beautiful sunset. Fishing charter boats, mini golf, parasailing, kayak/stand-up paddleboard rentals are also available in this area. The home is still close to Main Street and roughly one mile to the ocean. As an alternative to the ocean, there is also a free beach along Shark River directly across the street from the home. It is also a short Uber, bike, or train ride to Asbury Park. Parking: Two cars can fit in the space assigned, and additional parking is available for no cost at the adjacent side streets (K or L Street). The Belmar Train Station and Belmar Main Street is a short walk. It is one mile from the ocean and there is also a free public beach right across the street along the Shark River. A very short Uber, bike, or train ride to Asbury Park. Please be mindful of the shared driveway entrance and parking assignments.

Leonardo Marina 3 beds Pets allowed

COVID-19 ready. Allow 48h between reservations for thorough sanitation. 3 bedrooms house near the Leonardo Marina. Near stores and beaches, Sandy Hook is just ten minutes away. Pets are welcome at no additional fee. There is a wrap around deck with table, chairs, umbrellas and barbecue. This is a clean and simple home. If you have pet allergies this house is not for you. I strongly suggest you have a car to get around, Uber can be very expensive. There is a $25 fee/night for the 7th person.
