The villa has its own private access road with gate. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen and dining room table for 8 people, living room with fireplace and guest toilet. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with bath. Via a staircase upstairs you reach the other 2 bedrooms; each with its own bathroom with shower and toilet. Each bedroom has a private terrace with a seat. Halfway through the week, the villa is cleaned and bedding changed.

Villa Nemus is a recently converted 19th century stone house on the north tip of Kefalonia near Fiscardo (4km). It's beutifull and cozy appartment in quite area with amazing view and easy access to the beach. It has garden enough big with many flowers and some trees. There are around many taverns ( about 7 ) and some grocerys (2 or 3) and the best period to visit is from May untill Octomber. The access to the beach is 100 metres by foot (1 minutes) or 200 metres by car. Thanks a lot nektarios!

Sunfloro studio is located in a small olive grove in southern Lefkada, 2 km from the organized beach of Ammousa and the beautiful small rocky coves of Lagadaki and Kastri.
