Idyllic relaxation with lake view

The special thing about the apartment is that it is very quiet on the outskirts of the village. Due to the unique location, you have a great view of Lake Constance, the Alps and the Hegau from the large roof terrace, as well as the Radolfzeller Münster. You can reach the lake shore in less than 10 minutes walk, as well as the train station that takes you to nearby Konstanz as well as to Radolfzell or Singen. Whether active or relaxing vacation, here you have everything at your doorstep.

100m to the lake: Dreamlike penthouse

This spacious apartment is only a few walking minutes from the beach and lake. The grand view from the apartment over the lake is breathtaking, especially during sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. A quick dip? No problem! With beautiful hiking/biking trails nearby, the flat is also a great starting point for the next adventure. On the balcony, you can barbecue in the evening and relax while watching the sunset.

The house is newly renovated and stylishly and high-quality furnished based on the model of Swedish country houses. In the perfectly equipped kitchen you can cook and enjoy the food and a glass of wine on the terrace. Modern furnished apartment with high-end amenities. Perfect location in heavenly tranquility, within walking distance of Hegne Monastery and the shores of Lake Constance. The city center of Constance can be reached in a few minutes by bus, train, bicycle or car. Beautiful bright apartment, bathtub, fireplace and balcony

Take the whole family to this great place with plenty of room, great excursion destinations. In a unique location on the edge of a commercial area between Lake Constance and nature conservation area Mindelsee, nearby a few minutes by car or also on foot of the animal and leisure park Bodanrück. Less minutes walking to Lake Constance, wonderful footpaths on Lake Constance in the direction of Konstanz or Radolfzell.

Loft with lake view and garden.

That sounds like a dream! A completely newly renovated apartment with a private terrace and garden is really special. The separate entrance provides privacy and the parking in the courtyard is extremely convenient. It must be a wonderful place to relax and enjoy life. 10 minutes to Stein am Rhein 34 minutes to Schaffhausen/Rheinfall 35 minutes to Constance on Lake Constance 57 minutes to Zurich

Beautiful apartment in the second sea line with magnificent views of the lake and the Alps. Just a few steps to the lake. The balcony and the terrace invite you to sit outside and grill. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven and fridge/freezer leaves nothing to be desired. A ping pong table, pool table and washer/dryer can be used. The electric car can also be charged.

Very nice 3-room apartment in the heart of Gaienhofen with a balcony and a partial lake view, just a few steps away from the shore of Lake Constance. Shopping facilities for everyday needs (supermarket/baker/butcher) are in the immediate vicinity. Please note that a guest card fee (tourist tax) of €2.80/per night per person from the age of 15 must be paid upon arrival.
