IMPORTANT INFORMATION: THERE ISN’T WI-FI!!! Excellent position close to Naples (40 km) and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. The house is well illuminated and comfortable, with classy finishes. Is also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!

Living Sperlonga e' una bellissima casa con accesso diretto al mare, situata su una delle piu' belle spiaggie di Sperlonga. Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.

The villa is located on the hill above Ariana beach, about 300 meters from the sea, 3 km from the town of Gaeta and 18 km from Sperlonga. The apartment, with independent entrance and reserved parking space, has a large and panoramic outdoor area for exclusive use.

The tourist accommodation is about 600 meters from the historic center of Minturno, about 3 km from the coast of Scauri and 1 km. from the train station close to numerous points of interest. It has a garden with private parking; of a paid charging station for electric cars; air-conditioned rooms; full kitchen with everything; sheets and towels. The host offers visitors free parking (for a car) throughout the municipal area.

The natural swimming pool surronded by rocks will be open from the second half of May to the second half of October
