Come and experience an unusual night in complete privacy and take a break perched in the heart of the Pessac-Léognan vineyards. This tree house perched more than 5 meters high in an oak grove with jacuzzi and reading net will allow you to relax and enjoy the view of the vineyards. The accommodation is located 500 meters from Sources de Caudalie, 20 minutes from Bordeaux, less than an hour from Arcachon and about 30 minutes from Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport. Breakfast is included!

We welcome you with great pleasure to our private, independent and unoverlooked studio in the middle of the vineyards. It is located on the road to the castles, close to MARGAUX, and its classified great vintages. It consists of a pleasant 20 m² room offering all the necessary comforts (kitchenette, living room, large 160 bed, shower room and toilet, linen provided). You will have the opportunity to enjoy a private terrace of 50 m², (with jacuzzi) and a private entrance.

Enjoy a complimentary light breakfast, a quiet and green setting, and free street parking.

Cozy Chalet (Jacuzzi in Option)

Découvrez ce charmant chalet de 20m², niché au cœur des vignes. Avec une entrée indépendante, une terrasse et une ambiance intérieure chaleureuse, ce lieu est idéal pour se détendre. Nous sommes situés entre Bordeaux et Saint-Émilion ainsi qu'à 10min de l'ange bleu. Profitez également d'un jacuzzi extérieur chauffé toute l'année en option pour 30€ idéal pour se détendre. Option linge de lit (lit fait) et linge de bain : 5 € par séjour.

Studio Mauriac

Air-conditioned bright studio on the second floor of a small stone building. Located in a quiet area, in the historic center, close to the tram (5 minutes walk). Fully equipped, the studio has a small separate kitchen, a bathroom and separate toilet. The living area of the studio is composed of a bed 2 places, a sofa and a flat screen. ATTENTION: part of the apartment is attic; less comfortable for people taller than 1.85 m.

Your 38 m2 suite is independent of our house, everything is done to ensure you have a soothing night. The room has a private jacuzzi (optional), it is air-conditioned, with a 180 cm bed, kettle, coffee maker, fridge, microwave... You can relax in front of the horses and take long walks in the private forest.

Located on the Arcachon Bay, at the head, in a secure, quiet, friendly park, this 20 m2 studio, independent, adjoining a fenced flowered cottage, a furnished terrace, parking. The site is equipped with a health course, tennis, pingpong, entertainment at the pool and restaurant open from May to September, beautiful walks to take in the woods, the beaches are 15 minutes away and 5 to 10 minutes for shopping.
