About 8 miles away from Torrey Pines and Del Mar beaches with a lot of dining at Del Mar Village. Airport is just 20 minutes away. 15 miles from Legoland, San Diego Zoo.

This house is a great way to relax when you taking a break from touring the city. The kitchenette has a microwave, Keurig coffee, plates and sink. The backyard has a ping pong and fire pit table. The game room has a pool table. This is a quiet residential neighborhood with families and it's very safe. It's not an area you walk around in to visit coffee shops. All major attractions are 10-15 minutes away by car. Your private floor is on the lower level. I sleep/work on the upper level.
