From the drive up from Burnsville to the moment we stepped through the door, we were amazed at how much more it was than we expected. It truly is a little piece of heaven on earth that Rob and Stephanie so graciously share. The cabin made us feel right at home as soon as we entered … clean, warm, comfortable, well appointed kitchen, bath and bed!! Fire pit was excellent. Cattail Creek with private studio, was excellent. I cannot recommend this place enough!! First off the privacy and the view was spectacular. We were greeted by the cutest dogs! We were able to rest and enjoy the fire pit while lying on the hammock. And the host took us around to see his goats, horses and dogs! It was so enjoyable! I will recommend it to anyone who needs to escape from the city life!

This place was absolutely amazing! The view was stunning, and the location couldn’t have been better—super close to Mars Hill. It felt very private and peaceful, which made it the perfect getaway. Even though it was small, it had everything we needed and was thoughtfully laid out. The space was spotless, with new and updated features throughout the house. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!
