Its metamorphosis, completed in June 2024, has made it an exceptional home just for 2 people Authentic, cozy, warm and comfortable, it is close to the village, nestled at an altitude of 500 m in the enchanting environment of the Vallée de la Bruche Equally distant between Strasbourg and Colmar, the chalet is bordered by hiking and biking trails in a magnificent biodiversity.

In the heart of the Vosges Mountains, in Labaroche (nature commune, labeled protection of the sky and the night environment), come and discover this old distillery from 1822 rehabilitated into a comfortable gîte. At 765 m altitude, surrounded by nature, in a protected area, this charming 66 m2 stone house (with Wi-Fi, electric heating and wood stove), independent of the main building, can accommodate between 3 and 5 people. No smoking, no pets.

This elegant 140 m² accommodation is a 10-minute walk from the historic old town center of Colmar. Close to the train station and major highways, the residential area is peaceful and it is possible to park on the street for free. An artisanal bakery is just downstairs from the apartment. The property has 2 separate bedrooms; it is also possible to unfold the sofa bed and add 2 people for a total of 6 beds.

Our ground-level apartment is located on the outskirts of the wine village of Munzingen (district of Freiburg). On about 50 square meters, it offers 1 quiet bedroom with a workplace, 1 living room with an open kitchen and 1 bathroom with a washing machine and dryer. A private terrace also belongs to the apartment.
