Ebenfalls gibt es einen großen Balkon mit Blick auf das Schloss Mittersill und die Berge. Zwei kostenlose Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück sind vorhanden sowie ein absperrbarer Abstellraum für Rad, Ski & Co.
