Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Modena

We were there for five nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Daniela is a lovely host, very proactive and looks after her guests very well. She was at the property at check in to make sure it went smoothly. She recommended some amazing local restaurants and also made the bookings for us. Overall we were very pleased with the cottage and will be more than happy to stay there again when we are in the area.

I was satisfied with Giuseppe's house. Excellent cleanliness, easy to get to and in a strategic position to get to the center ( even on foot). Giuseppe's availability is excellent.

We had an amazing stay in Alberto's place (Anna's apartment and Alvaro's apartment). Alberto was so responsive and helpful when it came to planning our trip to Modena to go to Osteria Francescana. We had two great nights in the town with wonderful food recommendations from Alberto. The apartments were great value, comfortable and spotlessly clean. I deal for our large group of ten people. The location was perfect too - a quiet street just a few minutes walk from the centre and near all the great bars and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Modena!

The place is in a very good location and easy to find. There are several bus stops nearby, so it's easy to get anywhere. The apartment is clean. It's equipped with everything you need after a flight. The landlord was very friendly, waiting for you with oranges and treats. I can only recommend it to everyone!

The stay at Pietro's place was very nice thanks to the comfort of the apartment, the area, the hospitality and the beautiful surrounding nature. Apartment equipped with everything you need, comfortable and with a magnificent view. I appreciated the expertly restored historic structure to maintain the mountain architectural tradition. The apartment was clean, functional and comfortable. The host was replying all the time very quick. There is free parking in the street but you gotta be lucky to find one. Water and bowls were also prepared for our dog, special thanks for that!

Great place to stay. Very nice room and bathroom. It's just as beautiful as it says in the description. Beatrice is incredibly nice and helpful. We stayed 1 night on our way to Pulglia. We'll definitely be back.

Lara is a friendly and helpful hostess. We felt very comfortable with her. The apartment is on the lower floor, but nice and cool. The surrounding area and the space around the house are fantastic. Especially the large pool with the loungers under the trees. The sunsets while dining right by the pool will remain unforgettable to us. Fireflies can also be seen. The place is rather expensive, but superbly located. Also ideally suited for excursions. We will be happy to come back!

Alberto is an attentive, punctual, friendly, very responsive host and always available in addition to being a sociable person with whom to have interesting conversations. the house is very large and comfortable suitable for groups of more people. We were two families and we had a great time. 4 large bedrooms, two fully remodeled bathrooms, a comfortable living area and a well-stocked and habitable kitchen. The garden is beautiful, the property is in the middle of the countryside in an oasis of peace but still very close to the town center and a short distance from Parma, Reggio and Modena. Highly recommended!

Very good place we were rarely there but its beautiful peaceful place, highly recommended the Hosts were amazing and very helpful and the place was Great and exceptionally clean they left us snacks and breakfast which was amazing, overall Highly recommended.

Staying at Casa di Nani is like feeling in your home and at the same time in a special place where art and nature are in harmony. The hospitality was the best both for the cleanliness and beauty of the indoor and outdoor environments and, above all, for Moreno and Francesca who know how to involve you in their world and listen carefully to you. It is a place where you could seriously witness the "passage of the hippo", as the same Tedeschi Nani Tedeschi artist and previous owner of the house said. Highly recommended.

Perfect place to stay along the Via Degli Dei. Right on the path and next to restaurant and shop. Red was super helpful and gave lots of information, he went out of his way to ensure our safe onward journey the following day. We would definitely recommend this place

I had a great time! The hosts are wonderful, welcoming and helpful people, always ready to make us feel comfortable. The house was super clean, thoughtful in every detail, and the garden was a little slice of paradise. Their dogs are very sweet and they have kept us company with great affection. Breakfast was an unforgettable cuddle every day, prepared with love and fresh produce. We really felt right at home, maybe even better! It is rare to meet such authentic and hospitable people – an experience we will carry in our hearts. Thank you for everything!

The accommodation, located on the ground floor, complies with the description and photos, very clean and well equipped. The parking space, the courtyard adjacent to the front door is very useful. Good communication with the owners we did not meet but who were very kind and helpful and ready to provide us with a lot of information. We recommend it!

Antonella’s is a clean little flat and it’s cozy. She was very responsive over message and gave very clear instructions that we had no trouble finding the place at all. She and her husband were super helpful when we flicked a wrong switch and sounded an alarm, they dealt with it right away. I definitely would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a cozy flat for their stay in Modena.

I came back from a fantastic stay at this B&B located at the heart of the city, within the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL). The location was perfect for exploring the old town on foot, without worrying about traffic. The two double bedrooms were clean, comfortable, and furnished with a modern style. The bedroom with the en-suite bathroom is a real luxury, while the second bedroom has a private bathroom near the kitchen, equally clean and functional. The furniture is brand new and everything has been designed to ensure maximum comfort. Kitchen is well-equipped. The only thing to consider is parking, which is not free, but the B&B offers parking near the property at a cost of 12 euros per day, which is reasonable considering the central location.

We stayed as a family in Andrea's beautiful place to stay - a couple with baby, a couple without a child and a grandparent couple, so 6 adults. We had more than enough space and were received very warmly. Apartment, garden and pool were great and we were able to relax well. We particularly enjoyed the oversized table where we always ate. The view is amazing and everything was absolutely clean and well maintained. We experienced Andrea and Alina as very warm and accommodating. We would come back.

We fell in love with this apartment straight away. The location is so central and surrounded by the best restaurants and close to the train station. We can recommend everyone to explore the beautiful city by bike or e-bike. By the train station you can rent a bike per day or week for just a few Euros. We will definitely stay at any of the apartment from Silvia next time.

Annalisa is a very responsive and caring host. She organised taxi transfers for us, supplied an extra set of keys and was always available for questions or requests. She could not have done more to make our stay so good. The apartment has 3 double bedrooms with each having an ensuite. The beds are very comfortable and towels (very soft), toiletries etc. are all supplied. There was a lovely welcome package of pastries and a bottle of local wine and things to do. Also the there was a big bowl of sweets. These are the details that are delightful. In the kitchen apart from the usual crockery and utensils there was a comprehensive selection of jams, condiments, coffee, oils, the list goes on. The location of the apartment is fantastic, a 2 minute walk from the centre of Bologna with just about everything within a 5 to 10 minute walk, restaurants and bars and of course all the cultural sights including the whispering walls which is highly recommended. Great value for money all round .
