Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Modena

We stayed for two months in Nadia's apartment and had a very nice time. The apartment was very clean and all basic things were in place. Nice to have two enclosed little yards where we could let our little dog out. The neighbors we met were very friendly and the property is kept in good condition. The village of Cavriago is peaceful and quiet and there are a few restaurants and smaller shops. Within 200 meters was a rather large Conad supermarket, a pharmacy and a cosy family restaurant. We can definitely recommend the apartment and Nadia as a host.

Katerina was a great host, she was very flexible with our check in & out times - really responses to all messages & very kind - the place itself is great, private and quiet and great location - strongly recommend!!

The apartment is located in a calm neighbourhood, with good bus connections to the centre of Bologna and its train station. The bus stop is just one minute away. It is also possible to walk to Piazza Maggiore/Bologna Centrale, but that's 2 km away so it would take around 25 minutes. The apartment looked modern as it was surely remodelled recently. A/C was available in both rooms and in the living room. It was very much appreciated, and a big selling point for this apartment. A single TV was available in one of the rooms. The balcony was a nice spot to wind down, and the natural light was plenty. We had all the towels and toiletries we needed. The only complaint is that the shower cabin does not have a door and it is small, so it's difficult to not wet the floor or the toilet during a shower. A sliding door would be a good solution given the available space. Otherwise, the bathroom is perfect and very clean, and even a bidet is available. Very happy with this choice for two nights!

Emiliano's home is exactly as described in the listing, comfortable, comfortable and easy to reach. It's not right in the center, but you can easily walk to it in a few minutes and you can find all the essential amenities nearby. Emiliano was a perfect, courteous and helpful host, he waited for us when we arrived and made himself available to anticipate the check-out time.

We had a really pleasant stay in this cozy apartment with attention to the smallest details. The apartment is immersed in the tranquility of the Modena Apennines, an ideal place for those looking to disconnect from the daily hustle and bustle. Nearby are several hiking trails, perfect for exploring the surrounding nature. Sergio and his wife were exceptional hosts: kind, helpful and never intrusive. Highly recommended for a rejuvenating break!

Beautiful and quiet house! The cat was a great companion and each room was impeccable. Some dead but normal bugs being in the countryside. we had a great time in a world, so much so much as to break a lamp, but Miriam was very nice and didn't ask for money for the repair.

Mrs. Emanuela was very kind not only a Host but much more. An example of everything: he bought public transport tickets. Always available from booking. Exceptional.

We loved our stay in this amazing place. It is situated in a non-touristy neighbourhood, with the magnificent Ducal Park literally just around the corner. Perfect for a stroll or a morning jog. Just a couple of minutes on foot to reach the bridge over the river and the historical center. The house is on 4 levels, with many original details, two bathrooms (very convenient, as we travelled with three adults), great atmosphere with lots of books, and as the cherry on the cake a garden. The rather stark fotographs are taken in the winter, but in april it is a lovely, lush place, where we had lunch in the sunshine. We slept very well and were only woken by the many birds that reside in the park. Adriano received us in person, which we appreciated very much, and shared with us some of his profound knowledge of the history and art of Parma. During our stay he stayed available for questions and always reacted quickly. We felt very welcom in this authentic house.

There were four of us staying at Elena's apartment for an overnight stay on the weekend. This is ideal for several people, but it has three bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. We all liked it very much, it is large, bright, friendly, nicely furnished, quietly located and has a balcony overlooking the countryside and the countryside. Also in the magnificent large garden, surrounded by beautiful nature, there is an area where you can sit comfortably and end the day, for example. Elena and Michael were great hosts, very friendly and helpful. They helped us with a question. We can really recommend the apartment.

Stefania is a great host and her place is also great. Beautiful large balcony, clean surrounds everything you need. The area is quiet, but you can reach the bus stop in 2 minutes and take the bus to the edge of the old town in 10 minutes.

The apartment was really comfortable, and the location was great, being near enough to the station for the day trips we did, but close enough to walk to the town centre, restaurants, and other sights. Gabriele was really friendly and helpful. She met us for check in at an earlier time, and gave us a great introduction to the apartment and the city, with many helpful suggestions. Really enjoyed our stay.

The beautiful large apartment is located near the train station. It is ideally located for discovering the city. Great and not only touristy area with good restaurants and bars. Also great with children, as everything is available. Check-in was personal and flexible. Perfect! We would come back!

A delightful place in which to spend a few days. Elevated, the views of surrounding rooftops and nearby churches from the windows and the balcony made for relaxing and wonderful evenings watching distant lightening storms and nearby swallows careening around. Fifth floor has its benefits. The apartment was simply furnished but had essentials for the traveller.

very nice clean and quiet apartment. is centrally located, we did everything on foot. The apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need, especially in the kitchen everything is in it. The bed is large and cozy. The bathroom is practical, the living area comfortable with sofa. On the terrace you can sit and eat, by planting very private. Since the complex of houses can only be reached with keys, the neighborhood is very safe. There are grocery stores, small restaurants and buses nearby. Google maps sends you in weirdly from the main road via San Emilia, but there is no getting through. So enter the address via the normal via A.Z. and also go from the side to the entrance. Then everything is very straightforward, We highly recommend the apartment!
