Ca' Stanga is situated in the countryside of Bologna, at the foot of the hill, near Emilia street and the motorway exit of Valsamoggia (2km). The house is located within a rustic farm (donkeys, geese, hens ...) and animals are welcome. We're in the center of Emilia, so we're in an optimal position to visit the region and also for a stop to reach far away destinations. It's, therefore, the best solution for who loves nature, but wants the proximity of roads.

The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a building redeveloped from an energy point of view, just 1 km from the University and the Policlinico and 2.5 km from the center. Easily accessible from the main roads and the ring road. Renovated, it offers a double bedroom, a small bedroom, a dining room with sofa bed, a spacious bathroom and finally a small veranda.
