Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Modena

I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Bologna. We stayed for 3 weeks and felt right at home from day one. The location is brilliant very walkable into the centre or to the local shops. It is very peaceful and you feel in a real community. The apartment likewise had everything you would need for longer stays and we felt upset to leave. Great host who is really responsive.

Paola was very friendly and the Airbnb itself is super fine, especially for Italian standards. It's in the center of bologna so don't expect to have silent nights, there is a bar directly at the corner. Apart from that it's a super cozy apartment and I would definitely book it again 👍

Very clean apartment, but I didn't see that there were only two small windows which makes the apartment dark there are no windows in the rooms which is a shame, the view is magnificent very quiet and relaxing. The accommodation is well heated even a little too hot, I couldn't lower the temperature but I didn't ask either. Otherwise the jacuzzi and Turkish bath were very nice. I still recommend the apartment to rest in the quiet of a charming little village with all the necessities nearby. Andrea is always available to answer our questions. Thank you

We loved our stay in this amazing place. It is situated in a non-touristy neighbourhood, with the magnificent Ducal Park literally just around the corner. Perfect for a stroll or a morning jog. Just a couple of minutes on foot to reach the bridge over the river and the historical center. The house is on 4 levels, with many original details, two bathrooms (very convenient, as we travelled with three adults), great atmosphere with lots of books, and as the cherry on the cake a garden. The rather stark fotographs are taken in the winter, but in april it is a lovely, lush place, where we had lunch in the sunshine. We slept very well and were only woken by the many birds that reside in the park. Adriano received us in person, which we appreciated very much, and shared with us some of his profound knowledge of the history and art of Parma. During our stay he stayed available for questions and always reacted quickly. We felt very welcom in this authentic house.

Great stay everything was perfect the proximity to the city center is ideal, personally, I rented the bikes, it was great to get through the traffic jams. Best regards

Super cute apartment with a view across the valley. Beautiful place to wait out a rainstorm in. Loved the kitchen with a lot of light. Everything was very tastefully decorated, clearly with a personal touch. Stefano was super nice and welcoming.

Value was right. The house is very secluded. That was exactly what we wanted, so all good. However, the garden needs some love and affection again.

We had a fantastic stay at I Casali. The accommodation was cosy, clean, warm and comfortable. Tiziana and Roberto were excellent hosts. They provided us with great recommendations of places to visit and even baked some delicious cakes and biscuits for us.

If I could give six stars out of five, I would. This place is lovely: beautiful inside, modern and clean, the hosts are friendly and flexible. Highly recommended.

This is our second time returning to Parma in under a year. Parma is one of the easiest cities to fall in love with and, for us, Gianni’s place plays an integral role in shaping that narrative. It is located right near the city center, and everything is walkable and easy to access. Gianni’s place is quiet; however, if you want the hustle and bustle of Parma, simply open the balcony doors & enjoy the symphony of sounds. Gianni is both patient & kind, especially with us being Americans and new to the area. He is hospitable and quick to respond — and he has placed many thoughtful touches around the Airbnb such as a hot-water kettle, hot teas, etc around the space for guests to enjoy. If available, we will always stay with Gianni when traveling to Parma!

The apartment was clean and much bigger than we expected.The bed was comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed for our 7 night break.Giorgio was a great host answering any queries we had.I would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment to family and friends.

Alvise's place was modern, comfortable, clean, well equipped, and in a great location. Hosts were easy to reach, and met us on the first day. Host had clean instructions and great recommendations on what's around the neighborhood. Would highly recommend this place!

Had a nice stay, apartment exactly as described and in photos. All necessary amenities. I had a small issue with the access code and host responded very quickly. Otherwise very clear photos in instructions. Historic center was about 15-20 min walk. Though the building was off a very busy main street, it’s at the end of a small side street so very quiet. As other reviewers said, the gate to pull into parking is VERY tight. We had a small rental car and I still was extremely nervous pulling in and out, especially in a manual car as it is quite steep. With mirrors flooded only a few inches to spare on either side. Once in though you don’t really need the car to get around, which is good since the apartment is just inside ZTL and hosts do not provide the pass. You can purchase ZTL pass in person or on-line. On-line requires foreigners to generate an Italian tax code! It’s not difficult but still an extra step. Overall we would stay again, without car.

These hosts set the bar very high for Airbnb hosts. Their communication before check in was very informative and helpful. Their replies to our inquiries were always very prompt. The apartment was in a wonderful location, was extremely clean and had everything we needed. They have really paid attention to details to make their guests feel at home. This is one of the finest Airbnb rentals we have stayed at. It is very easy to give this rental a very high recommendation. Bravo!

Clean , organized and Marco is extremely helpful. Quite close to the center of Bologna and is on a bustling street which is the key place for food and night life in Bologna. despite being on a busy street the house is fairly inside and you don't hear any street noises and can enjoy a calm sleep.

We had another wonderful one month stay at Carlo’s apartment. It is bright and spacious with tasteful furniture. It is clean, quiet and comfortable. We love the terrace where we can enjoy a morning cup of coffee or relax to watch the sunset with a glass of wine. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The large bathroom is bright and has a bathtub and shower. The washing machine is easy to use. There is abundant storage space in each room of the apartment. The upstairs bedroom conveniently has a second bathroom. My favorite thing about the bedroom is having windows on all sides with a panoramic view of Bologna. There is an elevator that takes you up to the front door on the third floor. The apartment is located a few steps from the City Center and is surrounded by shops and restaurants. As a host, Carlo is always helpful and responsive. We like his apartment so much that we stay there again and again when we visit Bologna.

Very cosy space close to a huge park. Parma downtown is easily walkable. Nico and Chiara were very responsive and accomodating regarding checkin and checkout. Would book again!

Very comfortable and convenient stay! Comfortable bed, fully stocked kitchen. I really enjoyed my stay at Luciana’s place - there are tons of restaurants nearby, you can explore the entire center of Bologna walking from the apartment. No complaints, I would stay here again

excellent accommodation, very clean and up to date modern room and shared kitchen. Very well located and not too far from the railway station - about 1km. Reasonably close to two supermarkets and a wide selection of cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend and would stay again without hesitation.

Elena was a really great host. She went above and beyond to make sure we knew where to find her. She was flexible about our arrival time and had some amazing recommendations for exploring Bologna - if I'm ever back in Bologna again I would definitely book this apartment again!

Barbara‘s place was classy. Thoughtfully appointed and carefully maintained. Fun little surprises like colored lights that changed both in the bathroom and refrigerator! It was not cluttered and things were thoughtfully provided. Unusual in its attention to detail, in our opinion. And Barbara was wonderful to communicate with.

Very nice and clean house. Good location. Very well equipped and equipped with everything you need, toilet paper, soap, even coffee sugar and everything you need. Unique parking is not easy to find and the noise of the building, a little annoying given the ground floor. Overall recommended.

Great location and fun balcony overlooking the street, which currently has a much-photographed umbrella installation! Also, the robes and wash clothes provided were a welcome treat.
