The property is the result of a skilful renovation and enjoys a fantastic view of the countryside and the historic part of Modica. The villa is spread over 2 levels. Very bright house with large French doors overlooking the garden. Swimming pool with outdoor shower. House surface area over 140 square meters with single day environment (kitchen and living room). Large shower also inside. The house is surrounded by greenery and you can use the barbecue. Have a great stay!
