Our open, spacious bungalow has 115 square meters of living space and a 30 square meter terrace facing east. There are a few wide steps to the front door, but there are no barriers in the house itself. Our hotel is ideally located for visitors to our thermal spa region and Vienna tourists with optimal connections to Vienna. We are also happy about families with children and provide travel cot and high chair. Well behaved dogs are not an issue. Cars park for free outside the door, bikes in the private basement compartment.

Bright 70 m² apartment with good transport links (15 minutes) to the city center. A great apartment is rented on the 1st floor with elevator. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary appliances and utensils for self-catering. The terrace is located on the courtyard side and has access from the anteroom and living room. The living room with fireplace invites you to linger. The car can be parked in the garage in the courtyard. Charging the electric vehicle at the wallbox for a fee is also possible.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation. Our bungalow has 130 square metres of living space, a 50 square metre south-facing terrace and a 600 square metre garden with pool. The bus stop is right outside the door, in the centre of Vienna. Cars can be parked free of charge in front of the door, and we also have parking spaces for bicycles on our own property. at check in € 2,90 overnight stay tax per person and per night. The pool is in operation from June to the end of August!
