The door is lockable. 1 office chair for home office can be provided. There is 1 small table with 2 chairs in the front garden. English and French spoken. Welcome!

There is only cold water in the kitchen; warm water can be fetched from the bathroom right next to it. The apartment is quiet and centrally located, with a magical bathroom including corner bathtub, underfloor heating and towel rail heating. There is also a free parking space right next to the apartment (please drive slowly because of our deaf cat) and access to the garden. The bed is 1.40 m wide and the extended sofa bed is 1.20 m wide. WLAN and LAN are available.

Our accommodation is on the 2nd floor of a house from 1907. Guests have access to the sleep-dining room, kitchen and bathroom. All rooms are lockable. In the upper apartment there are 2 more rooms, which are sporadically used by the landlords but are located on the other side of the rented area. From the kitchen you have a magnificent view of the garden and can eat there at a high table. The kitchen is very well equipped. The apartment is bright and modern.

The studio apartment is located on the second floor of an apartment building directly above the Schwafheim steak house. Although the house is located on a street with through traffic, you are a few steps away in the countryside between fields and meadows. The Toepper See recreational area is within walking distance. The A40, A42 and A57 highways are a few minutes drive away. Daily shopping can be done in the supermarket across the street.
