Holiday rentals with a patio in Monastir

Very good stay at Rakia's place. The apartment is very well located and offers a splendid sea view! It is located close to the sea and Kantaoui port, close to several shops, restaurants, nautical bases. In addition, it offers access to several swimming pools which is a real plus. It is very well equipped, with all the essentials for everyday use. Air conditioning is a real plus, it makes the stay more enjoyable. It's simple, when you arrive at Rakia's you feel at home! We were hosted very well and as soon as we needed anything, Rakia's mom was there to inform us and help us. I would really recommend this place 1000%.

I highly recommend it. I was very lucky to have a place to stay here. The Medina and Louage bus terminals are 7 to 8 minutes away by taxi and no more than 4 to 5 TND (dinars). I stayed here for 8 days and took the Van called Louage to Kairouan, which is an hour away, and El Djem went. Monastir, which takes less than 30 minutes, has been there twice. The facilities were also perfect. Cleanliness, cleanliness, and condition were perfect, and the two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, and kitchen were all usably spacious. There are a total of 3 beds, all of which are large beds close to the king size, and the beds felt like home. There were two of us, but there was plenty of room and space for six of us. The kitchen tools were also perfectly equipped. It is very delicate and meticulously prepared without any regrets. All the facilities are better equipped than the photos show. Above all, what really touched us is the great hospitality of the hosts couple. I can not list them all. The response to questions or requests was also very quick. It is fast at almost lightning-like speed. Anyway, if you stay here, you will fully understand what I'm saying. In addition, the famous restaurants recommended by the host Nabil are less than 100m away. The price was also very reasonable. Having traveled around the world for 7 years and traveled to over 50 countries and 500 cities, I am convinced that this place is the best of the best. It goes above and beyond just value for money. I can confidently recommend that the host Nabil is the best host, including the location or facilities. Next time I come to Sousse, I will definitely stay here again.

It was a great place to stay and the host is incredibly kind. Well worth the price. The apartment in centrally located with good restaurants, shops, and close to a louage route. Would definitely stay here again!

This house is in a great location and full of homely comforts to make it a lovely stay. Seconds from the beach and a few minutes from the nearest shops/restaurants. Beautiful bedrooms, living area and kitchen with all the gadgets. Everything that is needed is on hand and communication with Mohamed was always quick ad efficient. A great house!

Enjoyed my stay and would definitely comeback, Residence is peaceful and family friendly, the only negative aspect is something out of there hands regarding mandatory water cuts by local authorities which caused a bit of inconvenience to a family with kids.

Apartment was as described, the only drawback was, but the wifi was indicated in the listing, but there was none. Allegedly an Airbnb error. There were plenty of cooking utensils. Apartment itself was clean, however, the toilet was a bit uncomfortable and had to be cleaned upon arrival. The washing machine showed error in some programs so that you could only wash the clothes in a rapid program for 14 minutes. We were still very satisfied all in all. Outside the tourist corner and yet everything quickly accessible by car. 3 minutes walk to the stand. The sea could also be seen from the balcony.
